I had a fantastic experience with Dr Shah and Duying. They carried out both my Invisalign and whitening treatment, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, they made me feel completely comfortable and at ease. Duying was especially lovely and friendly, always taking the time to explain everything and making each visit a really positive experience. Dr Shah was equally professional and reassuring throughout the process. The level of care and service was truly outstanding, and the results speak for themselves. My smile looks amazing! I’ve not long moved to Hemel Hempstead and I’m really glad I registered with Smile Studios in Marlowes. The reception team are always so friendly and helpful, and my dentist Hema Mistry is brilliant - she always takes the time to explain everything clearly and makes me feel at ease.

I recently finished my Invisalign process and was very pleased with the results. I was able to have an initial consultation to see whether it was the right option for me, where everything was laid out and discussed openly including pricing, timeframes and expected results. Whilst it wasn't a cheap investment, I was very happy with the overall treatment as I had regular check-ups and the whole process was tailored to me. Dr Shamir Shah was particularly great during this process, being the lead dentist for my treatment, as he acted professionally and in my best interest throughout.

At the grand old age of 53 I have a smile I finally love and lots of confidence to smile all thanks to Mr Shah. After 2 years of fixed braces and regular appointments to fit around my busy schedule, Mr Shah and the dental nurses made this possible, never had any problems getting advice or my questions answered, no issues with scheduling appointments if I had to reschedule. If i had any problems with my dental appliances it was always sorted in a timely manner. I can honestly say from start to finish of my treatment it was never an unpleasant experience and wish I had done it years ago. Thank you Mr Shah and all the team at the Smile Studio, Marlowes, I highly recommend 😁

Special shout out to Dr. Mariam ⭐ and Georgia ⭐ they were both absolutely amazing. The care I received was exceptional, and I felt genuinely looked after throughout.
