They were great. Told me the problem, explained it clearly, showed me the x-ray, sorted it, explained what i needed to do next. From reception to the dentist and nurse it was great. I have a huge anxiety problem with dentists and I told them so. They made me feel relaxed and at ease. I would highly recommend this dentist to anyone. All of the experience was handled so well. Personal and professional at the same time. As for †he injections I hardly felt a thing. Really happy and very impressed!

Trust me, I'd rather poke my eye out with a stick than go to the dentist. However I needed root canal work so I sucked it up. Dr Al-Hourani was amazing. I can honestly say hand on heart it was the most relaxed I have ever been at the dentist. Both he and the dental nurse were reassuring without being condescending. Shout out also goes to Dr Shah, my usual dentist who is also amazing. Brilliant with anxious patients like myself. Ì

Had my hygienist appointment today with the wonderful Corinne. She was so lovely and made me feel total comfortable in an environment I can find tricky. Corinne completed a wonderful job which I’m very happy with! Explained exactly what was happening throughout the procedure and made me feel totally at ease. Will definitely be seeing her again.

I had a really positive experience with Dr. Ammar Al-Hourani. I went to him to have a root canal redone after a previous dentist had missed an issue. He was incredibly patient throughout the entire process, which made a big difference since I was quite anxious going in. What stood out most was his attention to detail—he actually identified a missing root that hadn’t been detected the first time. That gave me a lot of confidence in his expertise. After the procedure, he took the time to clearly and thoroughly explain everything he had done and what I should expect moving forward. Overall, I felt well cared for and informed. I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing careful and thorough dental work.

I’ve had a tooth extraction and recently a root canal with two different dentists and genuinely had such a great experience both times. The staff are very friendly and welcoming which calms your nerves! The root canal experience was done by Dr. Ammar and was exactly what I hoped for, I didn’t feel any pain during the procedure, it took roughly 60 minutes and I felt looked after. The assistant checked in with me a few times to make sure I was doing okay. Booked in for a review in a few weeks to check on my healing. My tooth extraction with Dr. Sarah was a similar experience too, I felt calm and looked after. No pain and healed quickly! I would highly recommend this dentists services. I hadn’t been to the dentist in 10 years due to costs and being at uni it was difficult for me, so I was an anxious patient but genuinely nothing to worry about!
