The Clinic Dental Facial

This has to be the best experience I have ever had during dental treatment. Having had a phobia of dentists due to years of bad experiences, I have never been made to feel more at ease before, during and after having had treatment. Mads and all of the team are superb here and I cannot recommend going here enough.

The team are amazing, caring people who listen and take the time to make me feel so comfortable to be in the chair. The practice is modern and extremely clean. Reception are always very welcoming and I have a hygienists and dentist that I trust to be gentle, give me breaks when anxiety spikes and provide excellent advice and ongoing care

I moved to Sven at The Clinic after years of terrible dental treatment, including two missed abscess’ that had probably been there for years. Sven has restored my teeth to health, and whenever I have been in pain, though no fault of his, has seen me immediately. The clinic is expensive BUT worth every penny. For the first time in my life I feel safe in the hands of my Dentist and there is no price I can put on that. The rest of the team are all lovely, warm and caring, especially Trish and Heidi. Thank you.

I have been a customer for over a decade and I have a great level of respect for Sven and the reception team. However, this morning I had a hygiene appointment with Louisa for 9am. I gave myself an extra 15 minutes journey time knowing the time of day my appointment was and at precisely 9am as the pips went off on the BBC radio, I called to say I was just approaching and I would be a couple of minutes, the receptionist Heidi said as long as it was no more than 5 minutes. I had my timer on and I set it as soon as Heidi told me this. I arrived within precisely 3 minutes and 26 seconds and I was told to take a seat. A couple of minutes past and I was told the hygienist would not see me as with her system she had marked me as a no show at 9.06. I disputed the timing with the receptionist who agreed with me that I was within the allocated 5 minute cut off and I had it clearly on my phone my arrival time of 9.03. Never have I had a problem like this before. I suggested deducting the time from my treatment but the hygienist refused. Having been a good customer for many years and often recommending Sven to friends, I am very disappointed by the response of Louisa when I had followed the precise instruction of their team and I was in the clinic within the agreed 5 minutes cut off time.

I can’t rate the Clinic highly enough, they are by far the best dental practice I’ve been to. The service is not the cheapest but you certainly get what you pay for. The whole team are incredibly nice, professional and efficient. A special mention to one of the hygienists, Gemma, who is an exceptional hygienist and is always so thorough while managing to be gentle and understanding. No one enjoys visiting the dentist but The Clinic certainly comes close to reversing this in my opinion.

Best dental clinic I have ever been too! All the staff here are exceptional. They were very welcoming, attentive, informative and helpful. I have never felt so reassured and relaxed at a dental clinic before. 5 stars all round
