The Implant Centre - Haywards Heath Branch

As an extremely nervous patient, I honestly cannot thank the team enough at the Implant Centre in Haywards Heath. Normally I’m in tears with fear when visiting the dentist, but from the moment I arrived, I was made to feel completely at ease. The beautiful reception area instantly felt calm and welcoming, and Sonia greeted me so warmly which really helped settle my nerves. Sarah carried out my treatment and I genuinely cannot stop raving about her. She was super professional, incredibly reassuring and so friendly throughout the whole experience. Alongside Laura, who was equally lovely and supportive, they made such an amazing team. For the first time ever, I left a dental appointment feeling relaxed and positive rather than anxious. Thank you all so much for your kindness, patience and outstanding care. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you, especially to nervous patients like myself.

This was my first implant so clearly I wanted to reduce any concerns I had with the process as much as possible. My former local dentist recommended The Implant Centre and I was delighted not just with the result - which has been great - but how the whole treatment programme was managed. Each stage and what to expect was fully explained and the process went exactly as set out (which is good, as I need another one !). In an age full of reviews, this 5-star is totally deserved. Needless to say, I would highly recommend.

I cracked a molar from top to bottom when biting into a lamb kofta containing a piece of metal in a restaurant in Lewes. Despite being in terrible pain, my (now previous) dental surgery said they would be unable to remove the tooth for 3-5 weeks. I decided to look for a dental surgery which would be able to remove the tooth and provide an implant. The Implant Centre was highly recommended by a lot of people living in Horsham. I went in for a consultation, the wonderful dental surgeon removed the tooth immediately and I was quickly sent a treatment plan which clearly set out the process and costs. I am a nervous patient but everything was managed so well. The staff in the Implant Centre in Haywards Heath were so kind, welcoming and professional. All the staff are excellent and provide amazing service. Having the post fitted was relatively painless as was the fitting of the actual implant. They also offer excellent aftercare. I am very happy with the result and would highly recommend the centre. Yes, it is slightly more expensive than most providers in the area, but the service is second to none and I had complete confidence in all staff working there. If you want peace of mind, excellent service from great professionals, and excellent results then go to The Implant Centre in Haywards Heath.

Really impressed with the Implant Centre, and have used both the Haywards Heath and Brighton clinics. Initially I was unsure whether to make such a large financial outlay, but now having seen the care and precision which goes into creating implants, I think that it’s amazing value! My failed bridge has now been replaced by comfortable and aesthetically pleasing implants. For me, this is undoubtedly the place to go. It was recommended by my dentist, and will now be recommended by me. All the staff are skilled, kind and caring, particularly Restorative Dentist, Sally in Haywards Heath, who was brilliant. Thank you for making a worrying episode so easy!

Bill explained everything thing to me very clearly, in word that even I could understand. Both Bill and Amber made me fell very welcome and did a great job putting me at ease and making me comfortable. There was no hard sell and I left with a few options for me to consider. Laura is the best! I have been seeing her for a few years now. She is so gentle (but thorough) - if I didn’t have to have my mouth open, I could fall asleep whilst she’s working. Previously at another practice, I had a few painful experiences in a row which prompted me to find somewhere new. It’s the best thing I did - I don’t get tense ahead of the appointment and my teeth and gums are healthy because I now know how to look after them properly. Had my implants done many years ago by them with excellent results. After recent surgery one became loose and one snapped. Thankfully they have been able to repair both, always very friendly and efficient.
