The team at Pinner Smile Clinic have consistently provided exceptional service and efficient care, with patient comfort being a top priority during appointments. My treatment plan and subsequent appointments have been thoroughly explained and meticulously managed by Dr. Shiv. Any concerns or questions raised were acknowledged and addressed with clarity. Having gone through with the treatment plan, I can say that I am very happy with the outcome. The receptionist, Karishma, is incredibly warm and friendly. Very disappointing experience with this dental clinic. It feels like the focus is on taking money rather than actually helping patients. The first time I went with a clear tooth infection and significant pain, they only did a quick scan and told me to come back in two weeks for a review instead of treating the problem. When the infection came back again, I called them and they finally gave me an appointment after three days. However, on the same day of the appointment, they sent a message saying it was cancelled. After already waiting while dealing with pain and infection, this was extremely frustrating. When someone comes to a dental clinic with an infection, they expect proper care and timely treatment, not repeated delays and cancelled appointments. Unfortunately, my experience here has been very poor

I had a tooth filling done by Rianna at Smile Clinic, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. She was professional and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the whole procedure. The filling looks and feels great — you can’t even tell any work was done! Rianna explained everything clearly and took her time to make sure it was perfect. I’d definitely recommend her to anyone looking for quality dental care.

Diabolically bad. Please avoid at all costs! Everything apart from the chairs in the waiting room was a chronically bad experience. From having to wait 2 weeks for an appointment, to an unpleasant emotionless receptionist, to the influencer, I’m going on a vacation for two weeks, but i’ll see you in see you in six months because I don’t really know what I’m doing and you won’t pay our insane prices and I don’t care if you are in chronic pain because patient care is not my priority - dentist. Believe me there are better, more professional and more empathetic dentists out there. Thankfully my shockingly terminal diagnosis (figuratively speaking) was resolved the following day at another dentists office in under 30mins with an emergency appointment charge of £85. I urge you to please shop around before approaching this dental surgery.

Had a great experience with the team at Pinner Rd Smile Clinic. From start to finish I was kept up to date with process and progress. Shiv and the team are very professional and take your views on board. I have had Invisalign and Composite Bonding, and am really happy with my final result. The process is easy and I had regular visits to track how my progress was going. I would highly recommend these guys. 🙂

I visited the Pinner Smile Clinic just thrice and my experience was good. The receptionist is friendly and helpful with the appointments. I had my hygiene appointment today the Doctor and staff were caring.

The service provided is always high quality. The team are patient-centred , informative, and friendly. 10/10, will recommend.
