The Dental Hub

Not happy having to pay £70 for an 'emergency' appointment, as I didn't feel it was an emergency! It was only part of a filling that had come out and I wasn't in any pain. I would of happily waited to be fitted in at any time to get it sorted out!

A great service for our whole family. 100% recommend. Sarantos Stafylas (dentist) is kind and thorough and Ellie Jarman (hygenist) is gentle which is much appreciated! The dental nurses are friendly, specifically Vanja Orlic and Jo Robinson really make us feel at ease. All four of us can have our check-ups in less than an hour which is super efficient. Great work!

Well, what can I say? Had a New Patient Appointment here today after being repeatedly traumatised & left petrified of dentists by my previous NHS dentist. Frances was amazingly thorough, understanding, knowledgeable, professional, friendly, non-judgemental & empathetic of my needs & situation, particularly in relation to me being disabled & the impact of that on my dental care. She seemed to understand the impact of the fear instilled in me from previous dental trauma & was in no way intimidating or scary, I immediately felt at ease with her. She explained everything she was going to do, explained what she was doing as she was doing it & explained the next steps to me in a professional, comprehensive & understandable way. Did not try the hard sell or unnecessary treatment just to make money. Gave me a detailed invoice of predicted expenses for the next steps to bring away with me. The whole surgery seemed clean, hygienic & sanitised to a medical standard. Cannot praise her, the team, and The Dental Hub highly enough & will certainly be returning. Would highly recommend to anybody.

First time using the Dental.Hub in Harrogate and I was not disappointed. Prompt and courteous attention on arrival and the care from my dentist Dr Parasto Farshchi was.excellent. Every step of the treatment was fully explained in detail. Very satisfied. Thank you.

I moved to England for my husband's job (I am American). The new patient exam was impressive and interactive. I walked out of there knowing that this team had full knowledge of my previous dental care over the years and had a strategic plan going forward. And all that is before I have the polish appoint on Monday. I really like this group. If I could give them 10 stars, I would!

Had an appointment with the hygienist Ms Iqbal. She talked me through the whole procedure, explained what she was doing as we went along. Was very comfortable during the procedure (thank you anaesthetic) and thanks to Ms Iqbal & her assistant they ensured everything went smoothly. Thank you!

I have been using the Dental Hub in Sainsbury's for a number of years now, and I cannot fault them. They provide a great service and always do their utmost to accommodate your needs. As an example, I arrived 2 hours early for an appointment (IE. I got it wrong). Instead of sending me away, they managed to fit me in 20 minutes later. Do yourself a favour and join their dental plan. They have Hubs in Harrogate, Wetherby and Knaresborough.
