Harrogate Dental Care

On my behalf the NHS arranged an emergency appointment as I had a dental abscess needing treatment and subsequently a teeth removal. For someone who hates going to the dentist, hence me not having my own dentist, everyone I dealt with did there utmost to put me at ease at both the initial consultation and subsequent extraction. So much so I shall hopefully be putting my nightmares of the past behind me and getting registered with my own dentist in the near future, waiting lists allowing of course. The harrogate dental practice is the best and most professional practice my husband and I have attended in town and we have lived here since 2000. Yasmine in particular is a most proficient and competent dentist with a.delightful manner. We have been treated by other dentists here and are completely relaxed whoever we see because they are all dedicated, skilled professionals and we know that we will be in good hands. £27.90 for a 5 second glance at my broken tooth. Even then I had to point out which one it was! The problem with HDC is that the best dentists leave as soon as they can, to work in the private sector. The dentist I saw wasn’t interested and basically told me to go private. When I go again, to give them more money for very little, it will probably be a new dentist as the other will be gone by then.

Just before Christmas I had an appointment for preparation for 2 fillings & one actual filling which was carried out by Sanaa & I have to say it was the best visit to any dentist I've ever had! She delivered the highest standard of care. She was very warm & friendly & explained everything beautifully & took her time to make my filling look natural looking alongside my other teeth. I also had a very quick recovery. She also had a great working relationship with her assistant Jemma & patiently answered her questions & their was a great comardiarie between them. From start to finish it was a very pleasant experience which is not something you always associate with going to the dentist. Thank Sanaa your care & kindness was greatly appreciated.

I have just had a tooth out. Filling and a scale and polish. The dentist and nurse were superb. Very friendly , open and honest. They were professional and very reassuring. Felt cared for and in safe hands

Booked a clean for my husband and myself. Really not impressed. We were both in and out of the room in 10 mins flat! I had asked the receptionist how long I would be and she said 30 mins. We both have our teeth regularly cleaned and know that 30 mins is the norm. Also absolutely no client care! We thought we’d try this place after relocating to Yorkshire. We won’t be back.

Sanaa has been amazing with my twin girls. Both very anxious about attending at first to them now completing their treatment is a massive step for them both. This is all down to Sanaa, putting them both at ease and telling them each step as and when it was happening. Thank you so much Sanaa your amazing
