Infinity Dental Suite

I’m a regular patient at Infinity Dental, but this was my first visit to the Harrogate clinic – and wow, I was blown away! Everyone was so friendly, just as I’ve come to expect from Infinity. The ambience was relaxed and genuinely cosy, which instantly put me at ease. The treatment itself was seamless and very professional. I’m really pleased with the experience and would highly recommend this clinic.

We had a Friday night dental emergency after my son fell and broke two adult front teeth, and I honestly cannot praise Infinity Dental Clinic enough. From the moment I called, they were exceptional. We were seen within twenty minutes for an emergency appointment, which immediately put us at ease and helped get him through the weekend. The care, reassurance and professionalism shown that evening were outstanding. We returned on Monday for further treatment on his adult tooth, and once again the team were calm, skilled and incredibly kind not just to me as a parent, but especially to my son during what was a very upsetting experience. The clinic itself is absolutely beautiful more like a luxury hotel reception than a dental practice. Calm, immaculate, and welcoming. It is without doubt the best dental practice we have ever attended. We are so glad we found Infinity Dental around nine months ago for our family hygiene and routine appointments and this experience has completely confirmed that decision. Exceptional care, rapid response, stunning environment, and a truly outstanding team. Highly, highly recommended.

Just completed treatment with Hannah at the Harrogate Infinity Dental Suite. The whole experience has far exceeded expectations. The team were very professional throughout and the treatment went smoothly from start to finish. The environment is similar to a high end hotel and does not feel like the usual clinical dental experience. Communication with the team from initial enquiry to follow up call has been excellent. I live outside Yorkshire and was recommended to attend Infinity Dental Suite for a lower molar tooth implant after extraction of the inherent tooth which was damaged. The initial consultation was at the Leeds clinic. All the staff were friendly and welcoming. The dental surgeon ( Dr. Patel ) who saw me was very knowledgeable, reassuring and clear with his advice on the treatment process. He showed me my scan results on the screen exactly what was wrong and what needed to be done and why. Further appointments were arranged at the Harrogate clinic as it was closer to home for me to attend. To allow for travelling time the appointment times were tailored to suit me. The reception team here were also very friendly and accomodating making me feel at ease. The surgical procedures were performed expertly and I was informed of the progress made every step of the way. The end result was excellent. I am very pleased with the entire process and have no hesitation in recommending Infinity Dental Suite to family and friends who need dental treatment.

What stands out to us in our time with Infinity Dental Suite is their professionalism and passion for dentistry. We needed more than our NHS dentist could offer us and found a team of people who each brings an expertise to improving our dental care. It has been transformative. I have had various dental treatments at Infinity Dental and have always had a great experience at this clinic. During one my first treatments at Infinity Dental, Dr David has managed to save one of my teeth which dentists in other dental clinics wanted to extract. All other treatments were also done to a great standard by Dr David and his assistants. Receptionists are also very friendly and professional at this clinic.
