recently completed implant treatment at the Raglan Suite with Tim Doswell, and I couldn't be happier with the experience and the results. From my initial consultation through to the final placement of my implant, Tim and his team were professional, knowledgeable, and reassuring at every stage. The treatment process was explained clearly, and any questions or concerns I had were answered thoroughly, which gave me complete confidence in the care I was receiving. The procedure itself was far more comfortable than I had anticipated, and the attention to detail throughout was exceptional. The final result looks and feels completely natural, and I am delighted to have my smile and confidence restored. I had an initial consultation with Tim Doswell followed by a consultation with Chris Egan. The quality of the assessments and treatments I received from Tim and in particular Chris (who carried out most of my treatment) was outstanding. Procedures were fully explained and carried out safely, with skill and with reassuring expertise. The reception staff are fantastic too, very approachable and responsive. The premises are meticulously clean and the waiting room very welcoming. I had numerous appointments over a couple of months, last on 22/12/25, and the same high standards were met on each visit. A fantastic team who work together to provide a superb level of customer care in a safe and welcoming environment. Thoroughly recommend.

I’ve had a couple of procedures completed at The Raglan Suite (crown work and dental cleaning) and these were by far the best dental experiences I’ve had. Of particular note is how both dental professionals always made sure to explain the procedure that they were about to perform. Also, there was always a professional administrative assistant in the room listening and taking part in what was going on to ensure that the following procedure options were explained further in a more relaxed office environment. Extremely pleased with the service!

Superb service from start to finish. They managed to fit my consultation and appointment within two days of one another, as I was travelling from down south. My root canal procedure was explained thoroughly, they made sure any questions I had were answered, and even double checked before the day of my procedure whether I wanted any further clarification. The calm and reassuring nature of the consulates and reception is something I won’t forget. I’ll be back in October for my second one and although root canals are not something to look forward to I’m pleased I have found a place which keeps me at ease. Thanks again!

Writing reviews is not something I normally do but The Raglan Suite I make an exception. Unknown procedures can be scary and daunting but from the minute of taking the chair, I knew I was in the hands of true professionals. My procedure was clearly explained to me beforehand and carried out with expertise, kindness & reassurance by Tim Doswell. The aftercare is truly exceptional, help & advice is available if needed.
