I cannot recommend this dentist enough. I hadn’t been to the dentist in six years, so I was understandably nervous, but Sam was truly amazing. Everything was explained clearly to me, including what treatment I needed and exactly how much it would cost. Throughout the appointment, I was regularly asked if I was okay and whether I needed to stop, which made me feel so comfortable and cared for. Pure Dentistry is our regular Dentist and we’ve always been very happy with the kindness, consideration and expertise shown to us during our appointments. More recently, I’ve had active aligners here, and the results, initially were really good, however I had one particular tooth that I wasn’t 100% happy with when I reached the end of the aligner set. I mentioned it to Dan and he advised me of my options, one of which was to create some more aligners to ‘fine tune’ that tooth. I’ve just reached the end of the process and I’m incredibly pleased with the result. I now have a perfect smile. I’m very grateful to the team here for both my new smile and the continued professional and kind care. I joined this practise about 2 years ago and am delighted with the care I have been given by the whole team here, and in particular dentist Rani, who listens, offers genuine advice and has been very professional, considerate and careful with the treatments I’ve received - thank you everyone.

I’ve always been pretty nervous about going to the dentist, mainly because of some bad experiences when I was younger. It got to the point where I avoided check-ups for years. I first went to Pure Dentistry just to get my denture repaired, but that visit gave me the confidence to finally book a proper check-up. From the start, everyone at Pure Dentistry was welcoming and understanding. The dentists were fantastic—clearly very skilled, and they took the time to explain everything in plain language so I knew exactly what was happening and why. After some much-needed remedial work, I started feeling happier about my smile again. But honestly, the person who has probably made the biggest difference is the hygienist. They’ve been instrumental in helping me look after my teeth and gums properly, and they’ve never made me feel judged for the time I’d been away. Now, I actually look forward to my appointments, which is something I never thought I’d say. If you’re anxious about seeing a dentist or you’ve been putting it off, I’d definitely recommend Pure Dentistry. They really helped me turn things around.

The urgent/emergency denture repair service is second to none. Prompt service when you need it most, Paul could not have been more helpful. Totally recommended.
