Dr Vyas Upstairs @ Broadwalk Dental Centre. NOT THE GROUND FLOOR PRACTICE

Used this dentist for over ten years I used them because of evening availability as Is impossible to go to a dentist during the day and was very good over this period but the dentist cancelled my last evening appointment and when I tried to re book I was informed I'm no longer allowed evening appointments unless I pay double the price I've never questioned the prices for treatments and these have always been carried out quickly and well ive never hesitated to pay what's owed but I will not go back now it's impossible for many people to go In "school hours" and now we are forced out or forced into higher payments not how long term clients should be treated in my opinion

Ver impressed! I went for a consultation with Dr Vyas. I am a nervous patient when it comes to needles but I expressed my concerns. Went back for the tooth extraction and filling, 3 injections! But honestly was the easiest experience I've had with a dentist! He was reassuring, and let me put both earphones in for music. He did everything so quick. Highly recommend. I am very happy to have a permanent dentist again 😀 Thank you

Worst experience ever! Was referred to this clinic as a nervous patient and felt the dentist was quite rude and cruel. Shouting at me, talking to me like im stupid, pushing my mouth shut with no warning and let me walk out the room myself even after letting her know I felt light headed. After all that, the tooth broke just months later and took of more tooth with it, so the work was shoddy at best. And I paid top wack for this service. Never again! I've now been to a professional who has fixed it and have had zero problems since.

I'm petrified of dentists I hadn't been for nearly 2 years my teeth are in an awful state but the the dentist was so calm he(early 30s I think) was absolutely superb I explained my situation he took it it all on board and didn't question me ova why hadn't been more recently etc etc but he asked me if he was OK doing what he was doing. It's been a great anxiety for me with my teeth and he's released that anxiety I had so thank you so much. Brilliant dentist 👏👏👏

I have been coming here for a few years now and can honestly say, its the best dentist I’ve attended. I attend upstairs and my kids used to attend downstairs, but we managed to change them to attend with me. My kids were always nervous to attend, but that gets put at ease, firstly by Hayley on reception and then the calm voice of Dr Vyas. Hayley is the ideal person on reception as she’s really helpful and understanding to my appointment needs around work etc…Any and all contact is taken up professionally, which is one of the reasons i like attending the dentist. Find it strange how there wasn’t any reviews for ages, then all of a sudden 3 ‘bad’ ones?? I posted my review as ive had to attend 3 weeks in a row now and their professionalism hasn’t slipped once!

The Dentist was alright with my son, even though I’m very disappointed that they took one teeth out instead of all three of them and now having to put him through that trauma all over again to take two other ones out. Just because they get paid per appointment with the NHS. But the reception was disgusting. They need to hire a maid or a cleaner. The toilet was awful. It’s nice to dust and one of the receptionist is very rude.

Been attending this dentist for over 10 years, I have never had any issues with getting an appointment with Dr.Vyas, and if it’s an emergency appointment I have always been able to get one when needed. He has been professional each time I have had to visit, always takes great care and his clinic (upstairs) is always spotless. Such a shame people confuse upstairs; with downstairs.
