Broadwalk Dental Centre

*****I dont know where to start but I wrote this review and then a week later they phoned to tell me they took the wrong tooth out of my daughters mouth******* milk tooth but still not the point mistakes like this should not happen . Old fashion dentist in need of modernising and definitely room For improvement with how staff interact with one another as my child and I witnessed another member of staff speak so rudely. Other members of staff just looked really miserable which didn’t put mine or my child’s trust at ease. However the positive was that the lady that carried out the procedure was polite and friendly and kept my anxious daughter’s fears away. Thought it was strange how we wasn’t greeted to come through to the room just had to make our own way to the room. Doesn’t feel very welcoming or inviting at this dentist. I’m not saying I wouldn’t use this dentist again because the procedure carried out was okay but just be on your guard about your expectations .

If I could leave no stars I would this dentist surgery is awful they have no clue what they are doing and they was rude and I’m an autistic adult and they treated me like scum and was rather rude I’ve got a broken wisdom tooth and they said oh well just get on with it even if I got an infection. Worst dentist going !!!!

I wanted to share our incredibly positive experience at Broadwalk Dental Surgery, where my child recently had a tooth extracted. From start to finish, the service was outstanding, and the procedure itself was handled with remarkable speed and efficiency. The staff were all so welcoming and understanding, They were excellent at explaining everything in a way that was easy to understand, alleviating any anxieties we had. What truly impressed me was how quickly and smoothly the extraction was performed. The dentist was clearly highly skilled and gentle, and the whole process was over before we knew it. My child recovered very well, and I'm so grateful for the excellent care he received. I highly recommend Broadwalk Dental Surgery, especially for children's dental needs. They provide truly good service with a focus on quick, comfortable, and effective treatment.

I have been to several surgeries. I've found this one patient, informative and like they have genuine care for their patients.

Has to be one of the worst dental practices I’ve ever come across. The surgery dosnt even have a Dentist they have a dental therapist who is lovely. But no permanent dentist staff they have a locum dentist that works 2 days a week. They also don’t have working equipment the chair is broken so a majority of the treatments the dentist can do she is unable to do. So you get referred to the community dental service that takes forever. Was lucky to get registered with another dentist and actually get treatment. But I would avoid this place it is old and in a state of disrepair. The only saving grace is the dental therapist is lovely but she is limited to the treatments she can do.

I waited from 1540 for a 1600 appointment it is now 1703 and I am still waiting this reficulous very poor service I just waiting to see how many hours before they call me
