Bhandal Dental Practice (Halesowen Surgery)

Excellent experience, everytime I visit Bhandals in Halesowen. From being greated at reception by real people, friendly and polite. To being treated by friendly, reassuring proffesional dental staff. Routine checkups, scale an polish to crowns being fitted, my experience remains the same. Excellent service from a great team. I am an NHS patient, which i am thankful for, as I pay for all my treatments. I would highly recommend this Dental practice

At a visit for an annual check up, Omar took exrays of both sides of my mouth, done a thorough check of my teeth and then gave them a good clean. Omar and Millie were very pleasant and professional throughout the whole process.

Came to this dentist as an NHS patient after 8 years of no visits due to fear, on my first visit Omar explained to me exactly what needed to be done and was happy to take me on, over 3 months and 4 appointments i had 2 root canals, 2 fillings and a crown. They do a great job in making sure you're okay while doing the procedure and are happy to explain things along the way for ease of mind, extremely happy with the results and a big thank you Omar and his assistants for saving my teeth

Great appointment today, Omar and Ava were professional throughout, friendly and took time to explain throughout and made the appointment a breeze. I recommend this dental practice, never had a bad experience.

Poor building maintenance. Just from the outside: Ventilation cover broken - allowing ingress by rodents. Right hand side garage - Large mortar crack above garage. This has been here for years. Left hand side garage - Brickwork clearly failing. Imagine people at this dental practise, going into work for years, but never once bothering to mention or chase the problems clearly on display, so the building has fallen into disrepair. I hope they treat teeth better.

I have had a couple of visits now with my new dentist. OMAR. I would highly recomend him and the whole team at Alexandra Dental. This is a great dentist. And a shout out the the Ladies on reception who allways have a warm welcome and were great in helping me out with my paper work.
