Bhandal Dental Practice Colley Gate

I was disappointed with my experience at this dental practice. Appointments felt very rushed, and I didn’t feel given adequate time or attention. When I returned for a filling, no numbing was used, which resulted in significant pain during the procedure. This was very uncomfortable and not what I expect from a dental visit. Unfortunately, this experience has made me hesitant to return.

Treated by this terrible dentist named Punkit. Honestly the worst dentist and worst dental practice I’ve ever encountered. Very poor quality work, unnecessary drilling into your tooth, it will leave you in pain and then when you call to inform that you are in pain following their surgery, they couldn’t care less. If you want a good quality dentist, go and find one with better quality dentists.

I recently had treatment here. The receptionist got me in quickly as i was in pain. The practice was very clean and welcoming. The dentist and nurse were very gentle and caring, explaining all the treatment to you, making you feel at ease! Superb dentist, will return.

Went to my dentist appointment today 3/12/24 and the dentist was so rude, she was cleaning my teeth and we stopped for a moment as it was quite painful, then goes to me in a very horrible manner ‘well it’s going to’ after saying it should only cause a bit of discomfort. As someone who suffers from health anxiety it was a very unwelcoming environment and will be going to Cradley from now on. Would not recommend

First appointment after no dentist I was told in over 6months ago. Myself and my son visited , I pay for treatment and his under 18. My son has braces ( payed private ) and was told to floss ?? And they won’t offer cleans on every visit he has ( visits twice a year so wants the problem? ) myself , I have a chip in one of my tooth . They gave me a heavy clean ( by that I have tooth ake now ) was in the chair all of 45 seconds! No mention about chip and told was " done " . Top that with struggling to get out of the chair as they didn’t lf it back up from lying down position for me ! What a joke .talk about looking after your customers .

Superb dentist! I am a nervous, vulnerable patient, the practice is always very clean and tidy. The dentist is so patient and gentle, explaining everything she is doing, I didnt even feel the needle! The nurse is always smiling, so caring, always reassures you during treatment. Glad ive found a lovely dentist that I can trust.

Absolutely fantastic dentist in every capacity whether it be the Dental nurse and the assistants. In my case I was having a crown installed and after a less than positive experience elsewhere whereby I was given an alternative option of heavy sedation, Bhandals Colley Gate advised they would use Dental Gel which helped no end. Actual procedure was fantastic and didn't hurt.Sure I tensed up a few times but they were fine with this too and the assistant was superb, always offering words of support and advising how it was going. Despite having a crown and fillings previously, this was by far the most pleasant experience I've ever had a Dentist. Highly recommended!
