Wonderful Dentists, couldn't ask for any better service. Always a lovely welcome when you arrive, Louise and Diane greeted in on my last visit and friendly as always. Ruxandra did my treatment as always and can not ask for better care, she is always so patient with me and so caring, nothing is ever too much trouble, wouldn't want to go anywhere else!

A very efficient reception team, Diana and Louise are always very welcoming, as are all the staff. Brilliant dentists, including Dr Dumitrescu who has looked after all members of my family for several years now. I would not hesitate to recommend Bupa Dental Care in Hailsham.

The best dental service in Hailsham. The staff are always polite and helpful. I would recommend this dental practice to anyone. Adults and children they are superb. My dentist is Roxy and she’s wonderful very patient and calming and very charming and puts you at ease as are her assistants. Also the receptionist are lovely too.

I was met at the door by Lily and Diane for my dental check-up. The staff are all very friendly, helpful and efficient. Dr Fernandez gave me an encouraging professional update and the whole appointment was completed in 15 minutes. The Whole experience of going to the dentist is very good from being greeted by receptionist , then seeing the dentist mine is Ruxandra Dumitrescu who treats you with kindness and most importantly professionalism throughout your appointment

Since moving back to the area I opted to use Bupa dental care once again. The service has been great in both instances I have visited from an Emergency repair for a tooth with a follow up check up with Stanley who was professional and provided me with great advice moving forward. I since had a hygenist appointment with Elzbieta where I again was given great information for future care. The whole appointment was pain free, refreshing after having some unpleasant experiences elsewhere in the past.
