Brighton Implant Clinic (Hailsham branch)

I’m terrified of dentists. But I can honestly say that I’ve now found a practice that has care and understanding of my anxiety. The treatment I received from the Brighton Implant Centre in Hailsham was first class - the receptionists were friendly and efficient. The dental practitioner and nurse were so kind to me and helped me to overcome my fear. I say bravo and well done to put up with me. I came to them with teeth needing to be extracted and all the trauma (for me) that goes with it. My experience there was one of professionalism and gentleness. I was also pleasantly surprised at the cost of the treatment - being very affordable. Yes I would recommend this practice 100%. ❤️ Ps. My appreciation to Milena Ciobanica-Mkrtchyan for her kindness.

I had the pleasure of seeing Dilara for my dental treatments, and I can't recommend her enough. From the moment I walked in, she was incredibly welcoming and friendly, which immediately helped ease my nerves. As a nervous patient, I was really anxious about my appointment, but Dilara’s gentle and calming approach made all the difference. She took the time to walk me through my dental plan, ensuring I fully understood. During my treatment, she continuously checked to make sure I was comfortable and kept me updated on the progress. Thanks to Dilara, I no longer feel nervous about visiting the dentist. She’s thorough, professional, and truly cares about her patients. Highly recommend!

I am lucky to of found Milena at the Hailsham Branch. She gave me a clear plan at the start of treatment I needed. She made the 14 month journey I went through so much easier. She is so attentive and gentle. She was there at the end of the phone when advice needed and always saw me the next day if I needed to be seen. She made this journey a positive one. I could not recommend her enough. Also special thanks to the 2 ladies on reception who were always so helpful.

Brilliant service. I cannot speak highly enough of the care and consideration I was shown through my recent dental treatment from the reception team through to the dentists. I first attended with an emergency due to a broken tooth and from there the clinic has been first class in their dealings with me. I had treatment from the hygienist who was most caring and considerate. I'm very pleased with the outcome and the whole procedure was about as painless as it gets when 'having your teeth done'. Thanks to all the Hailsham clinic.

I have now had various treatments at the Hailsham clinic including implants, extractions and fillings. The staff are always professional and extremely accommodating. I introduced my sister to this clinic who was petrified of dentists and she undertook nearly two years of treatment which changed her life. Thank you to a great team from a very satisfied customer.
