I had a really positive experience at this dental practice🥰🥰🥰 The location is very convenient, and from the moment I arrived, the reception staff were polite, welcoming, and professional！ The dentist Dr. Omer El-Hamdoon and dental assistant were both excellent🥰The treatment was carefully explained and clearly based on my individual condition, rather than pushing unnecessary procedures. Local anaesthetic was used properly, and the entire process was completely painless. The filling was done very carefully and in great detail. And for me, they translated the sentences for me patient during the treatment 😭 The service was outstanding. I felt genuinely well looked after and would definitely recommend this practice to others.

I recently had 6 veneers fitted by Dr Farahani and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. He was transparent and communicative from the start, explaining the process (including aftercare) and setting expectations. The final result was better than I could have hoped; the veneers look completely natural, and match my other teeth perfectly. Highly recommend!

I went for a hygienist appointment this morning and it was great. I had mistakenly thought my appointment was at 11:30am but it was actually 11am. The reception were totally nice about it when they called me and they suggested to move my appointment to 11:30am. I received hygienist cleaning and air polish by Zoe Hall and it was really great. I came out with my teeth feeling cleaner and fresher. I highly recommend.

Dr Alex has been my dentist for the past eight years, and I continue too see him even after moving from Guildford to the South Coast. This, in itself, reflects the high standard of treatment he constantly provides. Over the years, he has carried out various treatments for me, including fillings, a tooth extraction, and the fitting of a bridge. All treatments have been completed to an excellent standard. Paid roughly £200 for 2 x hygienist appointments. They lasted 10 minutes each and at the end she spent more time promoting her home aesthetics to me. Reception lady is unhelpful. Only created account for my 9 year old and after multiple calls to sort the account glitch nothing was done and refused to book the rest of the family in over the phone. Dr Farhani is extremely intimidating for a young female mother with anxiety so I was relieved when I had the lovely Alexander Widera for my last appointment. However due to rudeness of reception and feeling robbed by the hygienist our family will not be returning.
