I recently had a fantastic experience at this dental practice and can’t recommend them highly enough. From the moment I got in touch to enquire about their services, the team was welcoming, professional, and incredibly helpful. Lisana, the dental nurse, was absolutely lovely. She took the time to answer all of my questions clearly and patiently, making me feel completely at ease even before my appointment. Her friendly manner and genuine willingness to help really stood out. During my visit, Dr. Natasha was just as wonderful. She was very approachable, kind, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout. She explained everything clearly and ensured I understood my options, which I really appreciated. The whole practice has a warm, friendly atmosphere, and you can tell they truly care about their patients. From the reception team to the clinical staff, everyone was professional and supportive. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this practice to anyone looking for high-quality dental care with a personal touch.

Had a reasonably complicated filling today that I was absolutely dreading, but the dentist (Kent) and her assistant provided great care. They were attentive and thorough, and overall it was made as pleasant as could be in the circumstances. Really appreciate the service today.

I attended as an emergency patient due to an agonising toothache and was booked in instantly. From the warm welcome at reception by Mandy through the entire process, everything was handled brilliantly. I was treated by Dr Olga and her nurse Lisana, who were both fantastic — kind, reassuring, and professional. The whole treatment was completely pain-free and more importantly, I left the practice totally pain free! I couldn’t be more grateful for such excellent care.

Being an exceptionally nervous patient, I can honestly say that they went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. They were professional, considerate and patient throughout.

Usually I leave dentists feeling traumatised! Had my first check up in about five years yesterday. Had an X-ray which the dentist took time to explain to me, I had a small filling also (guaranteed for a year) A very good experience, reasonably priced too. Thank you to the whole team.
