Grimsby Dental Care

I visited the practice yesterday. The practice is welcoming and accomodating. I had issues bringing one of my daughters in because she had an emergency. The practice was kind to help resolve the issue by finding a near date appointment so it ties with the other siblings on the next appointment. The specialist are also good at what they do.

Our dentist (B Yeldho) and assistant (Sophie) were amazing this morning with my sons filling. He was quite nervous and sometimes struggles with not knowing what is going to happen but the detail and way everything was explained really helped him. He keeps telling me what good explaining the dentist did and he has told his brother all about the different tools and the process so he really took it all in!

Visited my practice today for a follow-up after my check up. 2 fillings to be dealt with & a clean. My treatment was done by a lovely lady by the name of B Yeldho. She was very professional & I feel she gave me the best visit I have had in a long time. Thank you very much. See you in the next 6 months 😊

Absolutely amazing, Staff are friendly and helpful and can't fault them the Dentist was outstanding for myself and Mrs, completely changed my opinion of dentists, she was Amazing!

Had a tooth extraction here last week, from the first appointment the dentist was so reassuring and kind the extraction itself was painless including the injection to numb the area

It’s fair to say I hate going to the dentist however yesterday my experience with a fairly tricky procedure was as good as it gets, very gentle and very professional

A filling came away from my front tooth I contacted Grimsby dental care receptionist Who said the next available appointment was in two weeks. At my appointment I found I was being seen by a dental therapist not a dentist. The therapists name was Bella she was so lovely and kind took an ex ray and explained as a therapist she was limited what she could do she could do fillings but not extractions or root canals etc. I was told the practice no longer had a NHS Dentist but one private one who worked Mondays. Bella kindly said she would discuss my damaged front tooth with him using x rays and a photo she took. She said that she could not guarantee, if it was refilled, the filling wouldn’t come out and leave a hole . The only other treatments a route canal or extraction both costing a great deal more than on NHS which is only available at this practice for inspections and fillings which is so frustrating as an OAP funds are limited as private treatment only, is now available at this practice for anything more than a filling.
