The dentist I have (Thomas Thomson) is very good. He informs me of everything he is doing and will be gentle with the process. He is very respectful and good at what he does. I had two fillings yesterday and they barely hurt at all. Thank you
On entry. The staff were very pleasant and polite. When I got to see my dentist he welcomed me in with a nice to see you again Roy and a handshake. How comforting is that.
I was seen by the Dentist in my designated appointment time, which does not always happen, and so was appreciated. The service I received was professional and I found both the Dentist and Assistant to be very attentive. The assistant who called me into the treatment room was very friendly.
A couple months ago I got composite bonding along with white spot removal by Tomson Thomas and Liv. I couldn’t be happier with the results. They took the time to ensure the bonding matched perfectly with my natural teeth and everything was explained to me clearly and professionally. Very happy with my new smile!
I'm happy with this practice- my dentist is lovely, she and the dental nurses are friendly & enjoy a bit of banter. The receptionists are very nice too.
Always professional and friendly service, I have quite a few things wrong with my teeth, the perks of getting older, the staff is very helpful and clear with the work needed to help me with my teeth, always give me good advice on how to get a good oral hygiene.
Really good dentist x efficient and pleasant and explain procedures , clean , only problem I found is with my mobility walker it can get abit squished x pity they couldn’t open part of the waiting area into the reception so people can queue easier for arrivals and booking procedures x just a suggestion x overall I am happy with this dentist x
