Burrell & Stokes Dental Surgery

Its very rare that I leave review, but in this case i feel that i have to say something. I first would like to say that the dentist and his nurse are very professional and without doubt would highly recommend them. However after two visits I find the girls in reception to be very abrupt and have zero people skills.They talk to everyone the same as I have had friends and family members having the same issues with them. I think the practise manager should have a word with them and have them retrained. If they cannot do the job stay at home or get a job filling shelves. You have my email Diana drop me an email.

I had my checkup cancelled. Tried calling to make a new appointment at 4pm but just got a recorded message saying the surgery was closed for lunch and would re-open at 2pm. Tried calling another day and nobody answers the phone just a repeated recorded message saying they only do emergency dentistry now because of the pandemic (although everywhere else is operating as normal now so not sure why they're still using covid as an excuse to offer a poor service). I wanted to leave zero stars but wouldn't let me leave a review without putting at least one star.

Great dentist Tim is brill and always friendly puts me at ease and does work e.g. fillings fast and good so in and out quickly v v happy and always look forward to see him

absolute joke, still spinning the covid excuse for being lazy b@@terds, try to ring through they will repeat this rubbish until your get a we are out for lunch message, bare in mind this call was placed at 10 in the morning.

As someone who suffers social anxiety the staff and dentist were very accomadating very friendly and made a tough experience manageable so thankyou very much
