I've had a great experience here. The dentist has looked after my teeth for about 3 years. Whenever I've needed treatment the dentist has been very capable and has answered all of my questions The staff are very friendly and caring. I've seem the hygienists several times for polishing and cleaning as well and have always done a great job.

A big thank you to Dr Payal Sharma-Birch and Corrine for the amazing treatment I have received. I have just completed my Invisalign and whitening treatment and cannot express how impressed I am with the final results. The care provided was fantastic and the value for money is amazing. The staff at this practice are extremely friendly and accommodating. They comply with Covid-19 protocols so you always feel safe when attending and the practice is extremely clean. In addition, I have booked appointments at short notice when I chipped my teeth and they have always been accommodating. Big shout out to the administration staff who keep things running smoothly and are always clear and keep in touch. Thank you to all at Diamond Dental

Weird in the fact that I am petrified of the dentist due to previous bad experiences at other dentists and hadn't been for 4 years. I needed to go as need extraction and crowns sorted out to the front of my mouth and a few other bits. The dentist, assistant and receptionist could not have put me at ease anymore than they did and I am now booked in for all my treatment and actually looking forward to it at Grays Essex The dentist itself is clean and very tidy and they are very professional and the cost is more than acceptable and they do try to keep their private costs to a minimum for you. I have in just one visit which ended up being there for nearly two hours with x rays and talking to me what were my options and making sure at all times I understood and I was happy. Interactions/communication is brilliant. I was given enough assurance and made to feel more than welcome and at ease for my treatment programme and next visit. I read an (underserved in my opinion) negative review on this practise and to be honest I can be critical as I am in the service industry. I am finding it a nice, in a weird way that I actually came out of the dentist HAPPY and ready to return next week. Thank you to all the staff and I will have no qualms in recommending this practise to anyone.

This is the dentist you want in South East London. A clean, professional practice where you feel like you know what's going on. Your options are explained, the X-rays make sense and the jargon stays at the surgery door. And they're friendly to boot. A no brainer.

Excellent professional treatment. I felt very at ease with Dr Sharma and I haven't had any issues since. Couldn't really ask for more!
