While I appreciate receiving an apology from the clinic, my experience was still disappointing. I was not informed in advance about a £45 charge for an OPG (large X-ray), which should have been clearly communicated before the appointment. Being presented with unexpected costs is unprofessional and puts patients in an uncomfortable position. Transparency about pricing is a basic expectation, and this oversight reflects poorly on both the clinician and reception staff. Although the clinic has apologised and stated it won’t happen again, this situation could and should have been avoided. I would advise others to double-check all potential charges beforehand to avoid similar surprises I am very unhappy with my experience. My nine-year-old daughter needed a dental X-ray, and I was not informed in advance that there would be a charge for it. It is unacceptable to carry out treatment on a child without clearly explaining the costs to the parent beforehand. This lack of communication put me in an uncomfortable position and should not happen in any professional setting. Overall, this experience showed poor transparency, and I would advise other parents to double-check all charges before agreeing to any treatment

Took me ages to find a dental practice that accepted NHS patients, finally found Ice White Dental and the dentist I was assigned was lovely. They made me feel at ease, came up with a plan to help me, I was confident. However, they are open 9-5 Mon to Fri and I work 8-5 Mon to Fri, so trying to get an appointment that fits around my work is impossible. My initial appointment with them I had to reschedule because of work, and then my second appointment I had to reschedule because of finances this time. According to the manager at this dentist, a reschedule counts as a "missed appointment" and because I had "missed" 2 appointments, I have been kicked off their books. This is disgusting policy they have, they don’t understand that people have stuff pop up and therefore cannot make their appointment. I always left plenty of time to let them know I couldn’t make the appointment, so this is disgusting treatment. I never actually MISSED an appointment without rescheduling. So unless you’re 100% able to make any appointment they assign to you, you will get kicked off, do not recommend for this reason.

I recently visited Dr. Anca Stirbu and she was absolutely wonderful. I had an issue with my tooth, and I was genuinely impressed by how quickly and professionally everything was handled. I felt very comfortable throughout the entire procedure, and the experience exceeded my expectations. For anyone who is afraid of dental treatments or feels anxious, I confidently recommend Ice Dental White. The level of professionalism—from the doctor to the assistant—is outstanding. Today I had my first appointment at this clinic, although I was very scared, Dr. Anca is wonderful, she spoke to me so nicely and explained every step she was taking in such a way that it made me feel comfortable and relieved my fear! The entire staff is absolutely wonderful!

Absolutely disgusting patient treatment, loose part of tool came off in my mouth and caused me to choke. Paid £500 for a crown replacement that is a complete different colour to my natural teeth, had to go back a number of times as it came out. And now loose again to go back they want more money. I will not be returning. No more patient care all they care for is money. Very pushy to book next appointments.

I had the best experience at Ice White. From the moment I walked in, the receptionist was warm and welcoming which immediately put me at ease. The entire process from scheduling to treatment was smooth and stress free. The dentists here are incredibly thorough, kind, and most importantly nonjudgmental. I had been nervous about going back after a long time of neglecting my dental health but they made me feel completely comfortable. The environment is clean, modern, and inviting which only adds to the experience. Thanks to their care I now feel confident about keeping up with my dental health and I actually look forward to my future visits. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a compassionate and professional dental team.

I had a very disappointing experience with this clinic. I had a dental bridge installed that broke after only 5 months. When I returned, they replaced it, but it broke again after just 1.5 years — non-conveniently, the warranty was only 1 year. This raises serious concerns about the quality of their work and materials. I also booked two separate appointments for scaling, but both times they mistakenly scheduled me for a check-up instead. This wasted my time and showed poor internal communication. My wife's experience was no better. She registered for a scaling appointment, and although we were told no x-ray was needed beforehand, once at the clinic, the dentist did one anyway — without even asking for consent. Afterward, they applied pressure to accept their treatment plan, rather than respecting her choices — despite the fact that we are self-funding. This clinic seems more focused on pushing services than on delivering respectful, quality care. I urge others who’ve had similar issues to speak up. Leaving honest reviews helps protect others from going through the same.
