The team made me feel valued as a patient, which is something that really stood out to me. Dr. Vitalij was amazing. He took the time to explain the tooth implant procedure clearly and gave me honest and realistic expectations about the process and results. I truly appreciated his professionalism and care. I have never experienced this level of attention and communication before. I’d previously visited the North Woolwich dental practice branch and had a great experience there, so I already had high expectations. The Lakeside Dental clinic was equally impressive: extremely professional doctors, truly beautiful dental practice, and excellent service throughout. I was also very impressed with the implant quotation. I honestly don’t think you’ll find the same level of professionalism and quality treatment at a better price anywhere else in London (or Essex). Sergio Madrigal – The Only Dentist I Would Trust in London I came to Sergio after visiting three different dental practices and receiving three different diagnoses for the same tooth. It was a frustrating experience that showed me why so many people lose confidence in dentistry. I recently booked a toothache appointment with Lakeside Dental Clinic and I am blown away by the amazing customer service! Firstly, the receptionist was so lovely and was able to change my appointment the day before, from 7pm to 9:30am very quickly due to a cancellation! She was incredibly helpful as I was in a lot of pain I then had Dr Sergio and nurse Carla for my appointment who were so lovely. Sergio was very quick and reassuring, telling me he could actually extract my wisdom tooth for me right away so that I can avoid infections in the future because food keeps getting stuck there. I was shocked with how quick everything was! Literally think my appointment was only 15 minutes and I felt no pain. Carla was really lovely as she helped calm me as I was feeling very anxious when the extraction began. Overall, I would 100% recommend the services! Sergio is an amazing dentist - so so lovely! 5 stars 🤩
