I’ve been going to Dr Jas & Dr Basrai for just over a year now as I had smile white aligners fitted! Today I got the buttons taken off & I couldn’t be happier with my teeth. My last check up I actually told dr basrai that I was happy with my teeth & didn’t want anymore aligners & he told me no he wasn’t happy with them and knew we could get them straighter, I am so happy I listened! They’ve all been amazing throughout the whole process and they are as good hearted people as they are dentists, if you ever want aligners this is the place to go

Absolutely pleased with my experience at Chafford Hundred Dental. Everyone from Dr Basrai and Jasmine to the receptionists are wonderful! They operate with the utmost professionalism but are also kind, positive and personable. I’m extremely pleased with how my teeth look having chosen this dentist to complete my Smile White aligner treatment and I appreciate the time taken by the team to answer all my questions any time I’ve popped in for my appointments or called in over the past year. AMAZING. I have been with Chafford Hundred Dental for my Smilewhite clear aligner treatment as of early Spring 2025 . (This review is regarding the dental centre, not Smilewhite the company). Dave and Jasmine are quite simply, wonderful. Smilewhite left out so many details when I signed up but they filled me in (pardon the pun!) on day one when I went in for my initial consultation and put me at ease. Jasmine was absolutely wonderful that day. Everything was explained in detail and with the most friendly, family orientated vibe. Then ongoing treatment and scans and adjustments with Dave and Jasmine, has been so calm and informative. There’s TV screens on the ceiling to watch while you’re having your treatment and the most wonderful banter ever. I actually look forward to going for my check ups and scans. I am sad that my treatment is coming to an end. I’m seriously considering moving to these guys for my day to day dentistry as well as my orthodontics. I can’t recommend them enough. Wonderful family company. Results-wise: I was sceptical about the aligner process having had train track braces as a teenager. However, my teeth now look exactly like the preview I was given in that first consultation with Jasmine. I’m so happy. Those bottom teeth are on point now. Best dentist I have ever been too! Dr Jas, Dr Basrai, Natasha & Lily are all extremely hardworking, warm and professional people. They have completely fixed my smile to how I wanted, they’re extremely patient and gentle. I will forever be returning back to this dental practice. It’s a 45 minute drive for me to get to them for an appointment I would honestly drive for longer.

I have just finished my teeth straightening journey with Chafford Hundred Dental. I’m so happy with the results, the clinic is lovely, very warm and friendly and the staff are exceptionally nice and kind! I honestly don’t even know where to start with this review because this place truly is the best. I had my first consultation back in March 2025, where I met Dave (Dr Basrai). I’d never been to a private dentist before, but with my wedding coming up, I really wanted to feel confident in my smile. From the moment I walked in, everyone made me feel completely at ease. We talked through all the different treatment options, and we decided Invisalign would be the best route for me. Dr Basrai then placed me in the very talented hands of Jasmin and I genuinely can’t put into words how amazing she is. She has looked after me so incredibly well throughout the whole process. She’s such a perfectionist and pays so much attention to detail. You genuinely won’t leave until she’s happy that your smile is absolutely perfect! I had Invisalign followed by composite bonding, and Jasmin knew how insecure I was about my front tooth. Thanks to her, it’s no longer something I worry about at all. She’s completely transformed my confidence. I honestly cannot recommend this team enough for everything they’ve done for me. The level of care and service you receive here is second to none, and I can safely say I would never go back to an NHS dentist after this experience. A huge shoutout to all the staff as well , every single person is so kind, welcoming, and friendly. Mandy, you are honestly the loveliest person too, thank you so much! What makes this place even more special is that it’s family-run, and you can truly feel that in the way they treat people. They make you feel like part of their family. Not only have I found an amazing dentist, but I’ve also made such a lovely friend along the way. I recommend this dentist to absolutely everyone — as you know, I already have! My family now go here too, and they’re all so happy with the service. Thank you all again so much.
