My dentist and the hygienist here are incredible, they’re so professional, caring and skilled at what they do I have had root canal, crown fitting, deep clean and everything has been top tier and pain free Receptionists are so kind and welcoming Cannot fault a single thing I have been to multiple other dentists in tilbury and grays private and nhs and have never been treated so well as they do here If you’re nervous like I am this is the place for you. They make it completely stress free Couldn’t recommend enough Amazing.

Best dentist I've been to , I'm a nervous patient and all of the staff have made me feel calm and have patience with me , hygienist is fantastic, my teeth are feeling so fresh and clean definitely recommend this dental practice.

Excellent dental surgery with very attentive and thoroughly professional staff. Always been made to feel at ease by the dentist and her dental nurse at each visit. I have never had an issue here and would strongly recommend to my friends and family

Really disappointed with this dental practice! I wouldn't recommend to anyone... I recently broke my phone so it toke me a while to get them my new number just after lockdown. And my partner has again and again gave them my new number I have made many calls, yet they haven't even bothered getting in touch about my appointment. After clearly stating I was only 8th on the list to have my tooth out. I'm now currently pregnant and aren't able to have this out! Wouldn't even give them ONE star!!!

Excellent Service!!! Professional, punctual and deliver Claire reception - outstanding customer service and went out of her way to accommodate an emergency appointment. I phoned so many dentist for an emergency appointment with tel numbers from NHS UK, all but this one instantly stated they were only seeing registered patients for emergency bookings. This is not the case any NHS dental surgery needs to offer emergency appointments to all NHS not just there their own patients. Chadwell Dental Practise asked me to call back for a cancellation and then promptly registered and booked my son to be seen by a dentist on same day. Will recommend to others, only negative was building could do with a bit of TLC, but I’m sure they will get round to it. 5 stars to all staff at this dental practice.

Very good dental practice. Have seen both dentists here and both ladies are very friendly, reassuring and thorough. I've also seen the hygienist and have got to say she's the best I've seen. Does a brilliant clean and gives great advice.

My experience at this dentist today at 12:15pm was very poor. The dentist was not attentive and was rushing to go pick up her child, very unprofessional. I was also charged £22.70 for a minimal check up on my wobbly tooth that lasted less than 5 minutes and did not follow hygienic procedures. An X-ray was taken and I was not given an apron for protection. Utterly disappointed.
