Bespoke Dental Care

As an incredibly anxious patient I came here as it had been recommended by a family member. I hadn't visited a dentist in 5 years, have a lot of complicated health conditions and have autism. My teeth are in bad condition and I have punished myself for years due to the guilt. This dentist was disrespectful, rude and gave unsolicited medical advice regarding type 1 diabetes which she is not educated to do (told me I should not be using lucozades to treat low blood sugars and shouldn't even be having low blood sugars if my bloods were well controlled). I was upfront about my phobia of dentists and felt ready to sort my teeth out but she completely ruined the confidence I had built up to get them done. As she checked my teeth she sighed in my face with each one, was repeatedly rude to her assistant and didn't discuss how my chronic illness could impact treatment and options available to me. She didn't call my family member back in after the xrays were finished so I felt completely alone and uncomfortable whilst she made snarky comments. I feel as a young woman, she just felt she had power over me and tried to be a bully. I would not recommend this dentist to anyone that is anxious as she will be incredibly judgemental and rude. I have found a respectful and lovely dentist now so know she was just being horrible.

Amazing first visit to Bespoke Dental and also first visit to a private practice. Firstly, I received a consultation for my teeth whitening procedure which was a lovely touch not offered my previous NHS practices. All the staff were warm and welcoming, and I instantly felt relaxed and at ease. I had my appointment with dentist Michaella Karim who was so knowledgeable and was happy to answer all of my questions, taking time to go through the teeth whitening process in detail. I will 100% be returning to Bespoke to review my whitening results and for more treatments. Thank you so much to the wonderful staff!

Really pleased with the care I have recieved, I happy with the work they have done, and the plans for my healthy future teeth, I can be very nervous/tearful but im always looked after when I'm in the chair, thank you.
