Octavia House Dental Practice

Fantastic service, provided excellent dental care for me and friendly staff. The surgery was clean and bright, reception staff were welcoming and polite. The dental staff explained everything to me and I felt reassured.

I have been an NHS patient at this clinic since moving to the area over 17 years ago. In 2020 I could not attend any appointments due to Covid and soon after in 2022/2024 because I was receiving chemotherapy for breast cancer. Despite this I was told (by this practice) that due to my circumstances I would not be deregistered as an NHS patient. I attended as soon as I could six months ago and was billed as an NHS patient. The follow up was today. Imagine my surprise and despair to find Ravi Pant has not stuck to his word and I am now a private patient. I have nowhere to go except private it seems. I won't be attending this practice any more. Trying to make money out of a cancer patient is despicable in my opinion.

I'm very grateful to Dr Gurung & the team at Octavia House for recent treatment and restoring my confidence in visiting dentists after some negative experiences. Treatment is given with straightforward and friendly advice without hidden costs or pushing products/services and all at a reasonable price! Recommended with thanks and without hesitation.
