I recently had a sudden tooth fracture, and luckily, Dr. So was incredibly kind and arranged an appointment for me the very next day at noon. He was extremely professional, patient, and meticulous in examining my tooth and explaining the treatment options, which made me feel at ease. The entire procedure went smoothly and comfortably, and the clinic was clean and well-maintained. I truly appreciate Dr. So and his team—definitely a dentist you can trust! Highly recommended!

My 12 year old son had a dental emergency and needed an extraction. The dentist, nurse and receptionist were all wonderful at putting us both at our ease and making the whole experience painless and easy. The receptionist even called the next day to check my son was ok! Truly excellent and caring service.

Dr. Ying So is the best dentist on the planet. He gave me the best service, treatment and education to take care of my teeth, particularly an implant that I needed to have. His expertise in cleaning your teeth is excellent. I have lived in many countries and this is the best dental service I have ever received. It was an absolute pleasure to be able to be seen at short notice for a cap that had fallen off. The professional work carried out right away was completed within 30minutes. Although I was not a patient here but on holiday was brilliant. I went to another dentist and was turned away as I was not a patient with them in Cranleigh.
