Started coming to this dentist after years of not seeing one. Few months ago originally had Brian who was brilliant, went through everything with me and done everything we needed to do. However, the other day I had an awful toothache which kept me up for two nights. The ladies in Saltire managed to get me an appointment and I was seen by Shibin Chang - he was so thorough and checked off every possibility before proceeding with treatment. I'm now mostly toothache free but the relief was almost instant. Turned out it was a tiny little hole in my tooth that the xray didn't pick up, and had it not been for how thorough Mr Chang was I would still be suffering. 5 stars and absolutely recommend Mr Chang and the staff here.

Had my appointment with shibin chang today and delighted with results , I have my check ups with him also he is very thorough and so knowledgeable! And a perfectionist jenna Murray I have had mainly for my hygienist appointments she is fantastic! Shout out to their assistants that help them too! After having no childcare, I was told to take my 1year old with me. To which he got grumpy during my treatment the lovely receptionist took him away and went a wee walk in his buggy and provided him with stickers and a new toothbrush. This made this easier for both myself and my dentist. So thank you all involved, it meant so much to me. Kayleigh

I have undergone both regular dental treatments as well as extensive (and currently ongoing) cosmetic treatments at this practice, and while I am enthusiastic to offer a 5 star review, I feel this dramatically undersells just how pleased I am with the care and attention to patient comfort that I have experienced with this practice. Specifically my dentist, Dr Eleni Kantzou, has gone above and beyond in her efforts to make me feel comfortable and informed regarding my treatment. They say a good doctor treats the 'disease', but a great doctor treats the patient who has the disease, and while the situations may be slightly different, I certainly feel that Eleni is an example of the latter approach to dentistry, and couldn't possibly recommend her enough!

Formerly excellent service and great dental work. Sadly, this practice has cancelled our NHS appointments and want us to set up a payment scheme. Unacceptable. Do you know any local dentists taking on NHS work?

They've just cancelled my appointment for the forth time. Absolutely woeful service, they don't care about their customers and now they're only doing private work. This practice has been going downhill for ages. I would give them zero stars if I could. I'm fuming.

Paid upfront for orthodontic treatment. After a few weeks, my usual dentist quit unexpectedly and didn't return. My ongoing appointments were cancelled and the practice manager advised me that I would have to pay again, to see one of their other dentists and complete my treatment - when challenged, he started to get angry. I then requested a refund in writing but the practice owner intervened and went on an angry rant of lies to dodge refunding. Four months on, I have a successful chargeback from my credit card company.
