North Street Dental Practice

Always great treatment from Dr Azarmi and Staff. Never had any issues with my treatments. The Dentists is warm & welcoming, reception staff are helpful and courteous

I usually wouldn’t complain but i feel I have the right to do so. After almost a year I am still no further forward with my treatment this dentist has consistently put botched fillings and dosed me up on antibiotics and because I missed an appointment which I cancelled I was told to go elsewhere. No empathy or understanding that I am so anxious and scared each time I attend. The fact there is only one dentist in the practice speaks volumes. The dental nurse who I assume is the dentists wife is rude very abrupt and makes me feel very uncomfortable each time I attend her attitude is shocking. The receptionist who also is a dental nurse is absolutely lovely and the only good thing about this practice. Avoid if you can!!

I was a nervous wreck getting an extraction today, if it wasn't for the dental nurse I would have backed out! Such a nice woman ! Total re assured me the whole time ! Didn't get her name but she was very good at her job !

Gave 1 star as 0 isn't an option! Avoid like the plague! I'd rather pull my own teeth out than go back there! The reception staff are lovely but the dentist is questionable and probably qualified as a butcher. He is blind in 1 eye and has poor English making communication very difficult. Missed my problem for such a long time despite around 10 x-rays and kept pumping me full of antibiotics. Finally botched some root canal before referring me to hospital. I lost the tooth because of his arsing about and he couldn't even get my bridge fitted right. Fell out a good 7 or 8 times in the first few months before I'd had enough and left. Best going to the dental access centre but certainly don't go to North Street! As an already anxious patient he has left me traumatized but I can assure you there are good dentists out there just not this one!

Warning to everyone never to go here. I have a bill more than a thousand pounds from a private dentist to fix the work this butcher did to me. No communication. Barely any English. Treated wrong teeth and left infected teeth untreated. On numerous occasions they told me it was just a 10 minute appointment then without discussing anything with me would put a needle into me and work on me for hours without explaining anything while I lay there terrified unable to communicate. Please if you value your health and sanity, do not ever use this dentist. They should not be practicing.

The treatment I have received from this practice is exceptional. Always professional and keeps you well informed of what they are doing.
