Tollcross Dental Care

My son was in need of advice and treatment due to an ongoing and worsening issue with his gums. We sought help from different dentists but none were able to give us any treatment or good advice. My experience with the team at Tollcross Dental Care was second to none. They put mine and my son’s minds at ease and were able to identify the problem and then refer him for the surgery he required. Dr Samad and his team were helpful, professional and treated our concerns with respect and empathy. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Always cancel the appointments on the same day, taken multiple days off work, for my appointments to be cancelled. Asked to be seen and the owner gave me antibiotics without looking at me, so greedy with money. Only seen when i had to pay for treatments privately.

Private patients are given same day appointments while poor NHS patients are treated as second class citizens, they charge NHS patients for anything they can get away with. I had to sit listening to reception staff slagging off a patients among themselves. All my life with this surgery witnessed all the good staff leave, now I know why! I wont be back. Avoid at all costs

I am very happy with Faiz and his team. There was a slight delay with part of my treatment but Faiz kept me updated and in the loop and changed appointments to be as flexible as possible. I actually enjoyed my visits chatting with the staff and got the feeling they are a nice, happy professional team who always make you feel at ease.

Waited. 5 weeks for appointment only to be told on that morning it was cancelled , next 2 appointments cancelled time wasted trying to sort out work commitments, loss of wages, said I would do it privately with them at a cost, day of appointment that morning by text, cancelled once again. Absolutely useless shower been with the practice for years before covid, who ever runs it now are useless It's took over a year for you to respond to my post probably due to losing business, a poor excuse someone was ill 4 times not letting clients know in time, if I was late to your surgery you would want to charge me for not being at appointment and i wasnt asked if i wanted to see another clinician away an bile yer heed

Real Scammers. They overcharged my credit card 170 pounds. Instead of 230 pounds my card was charged 400 pounds. when I noticed customer service staff said they can’t refund with permission of the manager. Now I’m overseas and trying to contact them but no response. Over the phone their staff is keep making foolish stories. One them said to me over the phone that manger going to email me directly or I can sort it out when I visit Glasgow next time.
