I had an appointment with my hygienist today (T Kovoor) She was professional, friendly, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the appointment. She explained everything clearly, was very gentle, and did an excellent job.

Lovely, new dentist with a relaxing vibe in the waiting area. As someone who previously really struggled with anxiety over going to the dentist, I cannot recommend Dr Rafique enough! He has a lovely calm manner and explains everything well, really made me feel he was listening to my concerns and questions. Great stuff!

Having had a traumatic experience at the dentist when younger, I've been left with significant anxiety around dental treatments. I switched to this dental practice around 3 years ago and had been assigned Dr Z Rafique. He has been great with me and my anxiety. He's been patient, understood my concerns and listened when I've needed a break during treatment. Can highly recommend this gentleman for any anxious patients due to his very calm and gentle manner and approach, explaining each step of the process and treatment plan. Thank you Dr Rafique, you've really been a fantastic help.

I recently completed a treatment plan with Dr Kokab and his assistant. I am leaving this review to enhance my thanks for the excellent treatment received. Throughout the plan Dr Kokab went above and beyond to ensure I received the best possible care, in addition to the exemplary treatment that was carried out, he also made sure to keep me updated at all times and was always looking to confirm that I was happy with the plan and how the treatment was progressing. I would finally like to mention how grateful I am not just for his clinical skills, but for his excellent people skills. I found him to be extremely friendly and could tell that he took a real care in his patients, meaning every appointment resulted in a great chat and a thoroughly positive atmosphere. I would also like to leave a comment for the receptionists at this dentist, who have always done a fantastic job in providing a great service, in spite of it being a very busy dentist with them often having to juggle calls and in person enquires at once. Considering my experience and the staff I have dealt with, I would have no problem whatsoever in recommending this dentist to anyone.

I had a fantastic experience with Dr E Kathuda and his team. I was given a next-day appointment for my front teeth, which I was very self-conscious about and in pain with. From the moment I walked into reception, I was made to feel welcome. Dr Kathuda was kind, calm and reassuring throughout the appointment, and his dental nurse was absolutely lovely — she even held my hand to help with my anxiety about needles. I felt no pain or discomfort at all. I’m so happy with the results and the treatment plan we’ve made going forward. This has genuinely been the best dental experience I’ve ever had

Hadn’t been to the dentist for years due to embarrassment and just being too nervous, however Dr Z Rafique made me feel totally comfortable and was so lovely, he’s also my daughters dentist and is really good with her also! Would definitely recommend!
