Queen's Drive Dental Practice

When you get to my age (65!!) you’ve had a lot of visits to the dental hygienist! I had my latest hygienist visit today in the Queen’s Drive Dental Practice and it truly was my best hygienist experience ever. It really was painless and at the same really thorough. So a big thank you and shout out to my Hygienist, Katie, ably assisted by Emma. What a Team😀

I love coming in to see Michelle for my hygiene and airflow appointments! She is incredibly thorough whilst also being so gentle while she works. She explains everything so clearly and is extremely professional. Sylwia and Layla have also been great nurses for my appointments. Thank you for making these appointments such a good experience!

Hi Thurga and Emma - what an amazing job you both have done helping me to overcome so many of my anxieties. On my first visit, you both listened carefully to my concerns and made sure that there was less water pressure, I wasn’t tilted too far back and was also given loads of breaks. On my second visit with you, I was so aware that you had remembered all of my many worries and throughout my treatment you both made sure that I was totally comfortable. You also praised me for doing well throughout my appointment and how I’d been brushing my teeth. You suggested loads of advice so that I can continue to better look after my oral health. You both tried so hard to make me feel welcome and visiting a couple of friends. Thank you again. What a team!!!!

Absolutely delighted with my new smile. John Paul explained every bit of the treatment really clearly and the full team were so friendly and welcoming from the minute I walked in the door. I had quite a lot of work done including implants which I was a bit apprehensive about, but the full process was completely pain free and I spent a lot of my time in the chair laughing. Couldn’t recommend JP and the practice enough.

Had a really positive experience with the Smile Advisor Olivia ,she was patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly without any pressure. I felt listened to and reassured throughout, which made the whole visit much less stressful. Excellent customer care and support. Second part of the appointment: Meeting the dentist who is also call Olivia . I had a great experience with Olivia. She carried out my scan thoroughly and explained everything very clearly in a way I could understand. She was reassuring, professional, and made me feel at ease throughout. Olivia gave me appropriate advice and a clear treatment plan going forward, which I really appreciated I highly recommend this practice the whole practice felt more like a holiday resort than a dentist—calm, welcoming, and very relaxing. It really helped put me at ease from the moment I arrived

I attended the practice to have an implant fitted including a sinus lift and bone graft. Olivia and the team are professional and made me feel at ease during all appointments. The process from start to finish was outstanding and well explained. I’ve also been receiving ongoing care from Thurga and Emma for gum health and cleaning. They have been excellent throughout. They have provided professional treatment, clear advice and are always warm and friendly. I’m very happy with the results would highly recommend this caring dental practice.

I've had such a positive experience over the course of my treatment at Queen's Drive Dental Practice. As someone with a fear of the dentist and who has avoided going for regular checkups as a result, I now feel I can start going again and keeping my dental health in check. I didn't think this was possible. Thank you to everyone at the practice. My initial appointment with Olivia was massively reassuring and gave me confidence I was in the right place. Thank you so much to Thurga who dealt with the majority of my treatment. She talked me through absolutely everything, checked in with me throughout my treatments and made sure I was as comfortable as possible.
