Not happy with the service one of the dentists Anita exstremly rude shout telling me I wasted 6 months because I lost my key in February due to my mum being in hospital and also isn’t 6 months as I usually go to the one in Jordan hill please get your staff under training and handling clients better

They gave us a appointment at 8:30 which I has school at 8:45, and apparently I was 5 minutes late ⏰ so they only done the bottom have saying that we were late and couldn’t get to do the top half like that would make a difference.the orthodontist was the same one that made me bleed .and by the way they COUNT. EVERY. SECOND. IF. YOUR. LATE. ( this isn’t the first time this happened ).

I started my orthodontic treatment with Infinity Smiles. The treatment lasted for 2 years and I couldn't be happier with the results. During the whole treatment I was informed of every step what was happening with my teeth. The treatment lasted what I was told at the beginning, so there were no surprises and everything went smoothly. I feel very happy with my teeth and the health of my mouth. Amazing job from Dr Campbell and Jo!!
They provide great service and have very kind staff, my daughter is very happy with her teeth as her overbite has been fixed and her teeth are straight
