Everything is handled very smoothly here compared to other dental practices in Glasgow. The dentist is very friendly and helpful, taking the time to explain the problem in detail rather than simply carrying out the treatment and presenting a bill at the end.

The treatment service is great, but in every other walk of life I am provided with an itemised bill - even when I have a car repaired. Here I can spend £800 on one treatment and I get a receipt that says, "For professional services." That's it. Could do with an understanding of what I am paying for - if for nothing else, just to build trust with the patient.

Two observations since ClydeMunro acquired the Crookfur practice. We now only get two Hygenist appointments a year when we originally had three and we Can never get two appointments a year as availability of the hygienist is a problem even when trying to book 6 months in advance. Also Some of the dental equipment appears old or perhaps not as modern or high quality as it could be however this is just an observation.

Yes, I recently attended the clinic for a check-up and was very pleased with the timely and friendly service I received from both Lyndsey and Reception.

Weldon my dentist. Young team , energetic dedicated and very well organised. I was very worried about my teeth but after treatment my wife told me that they managed very well. Now I am waiting for my other appointment for the right side teeth.

Always nice to see Eloy for my check up. He took time to explain an issue with one tooth that was very helpful and informative. Nothing to immediately worry about. Till next year.
