Greenlaw Dental Practice

This practice is THE best dental practice myself and my family have ever attended! Alan won an award for best dentist many years ago and I'm my opinion should win it again! This man is the absolute professional and the care given to my family of 4 in a routine or emergency situation, is second to none. I never write Google reviews but proactively wanted to sing Alan's praises on here. So efficient, gentle and understanding and will make time in any emergency situation. If anyone can let me know how to award this man in a better way, please let me know! Great work and a credit to your profession Alan.👍🏻

Very good and professional and are exceptional with children. My son is seen by Chris who has a friendly rapport which makes for a relaxing and comfortable experience. On a few occasions we have been seen promptly on the same day for niggly things like loose baby teeth. Reception staff and dental nurses are really nice too.

I’ve visited Greenlaw Dental Practice (Newton Mearns) twice now - once for an emergency appointment and secondly for a crown prep appointment. The receptionists are all very friendly and attentive, I was seen for both appointments promptly and the dentist I’ve seen (unfortunately don’t know his name!) is the nicest dentist I’ve ever met. My teeth are a bit of a mess and he wasn’t judgemental at all as I’ve found with previous dentists, he explains everything he’s doing as the appointment goes along and wasn’t pushy to go for the private option at all. I feel confident that he knows exactly what he’s doing and really takes the time to do the job well. Couldn’t ask for better service!

This is honestly the best dental practice! my dentist Chris and the dental nurses are so lovely. I was always nervous when going to the dentist but they are so kind and reassuring and always put me at ease that I no longer dread going.I would highly recommend to anyone.

Terrible experience. I wanted to straighten my teeth, was told by the dentist, Chris, a brace and aligner would do the same job the only difference being time and cost. I went with the aligner. Towards the end of the process I was aware at the my teeth still narrowed at the back and my teeth at the front were still canted. I went to another dentist for a second opinion and was told I should never have been offered an aligner as it wouldn’t fix either of my issues. I went back to Chris who then tried to make my front teeth appear straight by shaving them. I am now left with a more noticeably canted set of front teeth which are considerable shorter than they once were. Greenlaw reception also claimed I still owed 1 payment on completion which was incorrect. I had to go through my banking app to prove I had paid in full. The hastily offered full refund was obvious admission of guilt. Avoid at all costs.

We have been with Greenlaw Dental Practice (Newton Mearns) for many years. The Dentists and Nurses are amazing! The reception staff are wonderful and helpful, the best I've experienced for a medical or dental facility. They are always happy to help, never abrupt or rude. Thank you all at Greenlaw Dental!
