I had an excellent experience at this dental practice! From the moment I walked in, the receptionist was warm, welcoming, and very professional. She made the check-in process quick and stress-free, which I truly appreciated. Dr. Lamiya is an outstanding dentist — knowledgeable, gentle, and extremely caring. She explained every step of the procedure in detail and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire visit. Her expertise and reassuring approach really put me at ease. The clinic itself is clean, well-organized, and equipped with modern technology, which shows how much they value patient care. I would highly recommend this dental practice to anyone looking for top-notch dental care and exceptional service.

Parween the receptionist is always helpful in trying to find appointment slots that fit with my flexibility. She is always polite and respectful. I had to get my teeth cleaned by Lamiya who was lovely and very attentive to my sensitivity to pain. She was patient with me and made the whole experience very pleasant.

Highly recommended place for dental therapy. Staff is really nice and supportive. I met therapist L Leslyn for dental cleaning. She did it wonderfully. I was much nervous before the procedure. She tried best to relax me and whole procedure went without more nervousness. Also she did her work amazingly. Feeling huge difference in my dental health. Highly recommended 👍🏻

A heartfelt thank you! I registered with this dental practice about a month ago, and the receptionist who helped me at that time was very friendly. She assured me I’d have my first appointment on July 1st. Today is July 1st, and when I arrived, a different receptionist (a slightly older lady, compared to the previous one) kindly informed me that my appointment was actually scheduled for July 29th. Unfortunately, due to personal reasons, I only have time in the near future — and my tooth pain had become unbearable. She told me the next available appointment would be in late August, which I couldn’t wait for. But instead of turning me away, she went out of her way to help me. She quickly arranged for me to be seen at another nearby dental practice, which was such a relief. Her professionalism and kindness truly saved me today. I’m deeply grateful — thank you so much! 🥹

Had to get an appointment to get my wisdom tooth taken out under sedation, Parween booked me in for an appointment asap. Great customer service, quick appointment booking. I was made to feel very comfortable though-out the whole procedure, Dr Ahmed was very professional and done an amazing job, I felt nothing and have had zero complications

Very happy with my treatment and the filling I received at this clinic - staff are warm and professional and very skilled. Dr Shayan Akbari was lovely, fun to talk to and very enthusiastic. The pricing, options available and entire process was made very transparent and I was able to ask as many questions about my procedure which provided great peace of mind. From phoning, to an initial appointment and follow up - it was all very quick and easy and the text reminders were very helpful. I'll be back again I'm sure! Dr Akbari went out of his way to make me feel good about the state of my teeth and unlike past experiences, I felt little anxiety and confident that I was in safe hands.

As a lifelong dental phobic when sedated dentistry was offered I was sceptical but what a game changer. Ahmed Jen and all the team are fantastic. So patient and caring. Can't fault the care and the service. Would definitely recommend.
