Bupa Dental Care Partick West

I’ve been treated recently by Beth and I honestly couldn’t be happier. She is incredibly patient, professional and knowledgeable. Even though she looks very young, she is extremely skilled and confident in what she does. She’s always positive, full of energy and clearly gives her absolute best every time. Her assistant, Nicola, is just as kind and professional, and together they make you feel comfortable and well cared for throughout the appointment. The reception team are also friendly and helpful. Overall, it’s a great team and I’m really happy with the care I’ve received. Highly recommended.

Recently seen Dentist Beth for an exam and fillings. I had a really great experience at the practice and felt very looked after. The dentist took their time explaining everything and going at my pace which greatly helped with my anxiety around dental procedures.

I booked my yearly appointment and met my regular dentist did x rays then advised someone new is replacing my existing dentist due to maternity leave who has just passed the uni with 1 year experience (intership). I asked if someone else can do my fillings as not comfortable with new. The only option was to use the replacement or go somewhere else.They won't allow me to book with any other dentist within the same clinic. Total non-sense being honest. I am stuck with new dentist for a review appointment as I have no choice because they asked for the payment of the xays etc. Why could not tell people in advance that the dentist is leaving soon, I would not have bothered to see the dentist in the first place and shoped somewhere else. I am not happy at all.

Jennifer and Nicola make the most wonderful team! I would highly recommend Jennifer to everyone, especially those who experience any anxiety with going through dental treatments - she's so reassuring, patient and great at her job!

Disclaimer - I'm a dentist, but with no affiliation to this practice other than I've recently joined Bupa Dental Care, Partick West and had my first exam and treatment there. I can honestly say that the service has been first class, right from making my appointments, having my exam and then subsequent treatment. The reception staff were kind, courteous, and knowledgeable , as were dentist John Perry and his nurse, Hayley, who put me at ease, explained my treatment options and costs and then carried out the treatment in a completely pleasant and painless manner. I can, hand on heart, recommend this practice.

I have been with this practice for about 10 years, and always receive the best care, thorough explanation of the treatments and help to decide what is best for me.
