Low Fell Caring Dental Practice

Been for the first time the other day. I was super early so sat for my appointment and I must say the whole place was very efficient and smooth. One lady arrived and had came to the wrong location she was ment to be at heaton. The receptionist called the heaton clinic to cancel for the lady and she was registered there and then and even squeezed in so she didn’t have to come back. Everybody was in and out on time. Receptionists were very friendly on the phone and to customers coming in and out. I went in fo my check. It was very quick and efficient straight to the point with a treatment plan created and agreed with me and they checked I was happy with it. I then got my next appointment in a few weeks to get further work done. The whole place was clean and tidy, efficient and friendly! Very impressed!

So unreliable, not caring one! They told me because you paid privately you have to pay again for polishing a filing teeth that it has been done there Two days before. And the nurse hasn’t really professional. During the treatment my partner noticed he fell down stuffs on floor repeatedly and picked them up and continued with same gloved on his hand!

I had an upper L1 root canal treatment at this practice. During an earlier check-up, only a lower tooth was briefly cleaned, while the upper teeth were not properly examined or addressed in detail beyond the L1 root canal itself. From my understanding, there were existing issues in the upper area that were not fully investigated at the time. No clear explanation was given as to why only limited treatment or assessment was carried out. After the treatment, I developed a gum lesion near the treated tooth. The condition has worsened and may now require further invasive treatment. Overall, I feel the examination and treatment planning were not thorough, and the outcome has caused ongoing discomfort and additional treatment. I would not recommend this practice based on my experience.

Have just seen Rishi for my check up and treatment. He was excellent. Very thorough explaining everything to me and showing me my X-rays. I felt in safe hands and he gave me great after care advice as well

Horrendous went in today for a root canal started fitting me for a retainer that's you done mr jackson....... new dentist immediately

I’ve just driven nearly 300 miles from Essex all the way up to the North East just to see my dentist, Ms Anna Grzes – and honestly, I’d do it again in a heartbeat. Anna is absolutely brilliant. The care and attention she gives to her work is second to none, and she treats you with such patience and professionalism. You never feel rushed or uncomfortable – she really takes the time to do things properly. Big shoutout as well to her nurse, Hana – she’s fantastic. Super efficient and makes you feel completely at ease the moment you walk in. The whole team is amazing – friendly, skilled, and genuinely caring. They’re more than worth the journey. To be perfectly honest, even if Anna moved back to Poland, I’d seriously consider flying out there to have my teeth done. I just wouldn’t trust anyone else with them. Thank you again!

Absolutely awesome dental practice!! The staff are all extremely caring and very helpful. I see Rima, who is by far the best dentist I've ever been under the care of. So gentle ... I've just had two teeth extracted and I didn't feel a thing!! So I just want to say thanks and I highly recommend this practice.
