Alpha Dental Care Regent Terrace

Very welcoming efficient practice. I'm happy with all my dentist appointments. All members of staff both clinical and administrative are very kind and helpful. I was recommended to join this practice after being in a private only practice which I'd been a member for over 40 years many of them as a private patient but when my monthly plan was constantly being increased I did not think it was value for the money it was costing me. I can honestly say I'm more pleased with the service I get from. Riverdale and would definitely recommend thd practice.

Amazing experience! The whole team was so kind and welcoming. Reception lady went above and beyond when we were slightly late due to heavy traffic, and another receptionist was wonderful with my baby and daughter while I had my treatment. The dentist and her assistant were gentle, professional, and very friendly. It honestly didn’t feel like a dentist visit — such a positive, fun experience. Highly recommend!

Almost two months ago I made an appointment and was asked to pay in advance, which I already found quite unusual. I paid £120 and expected to receive a good service for that amount. We had agreed on a specific date. On the day of the appointment, I went to the reception and checked in. Unfortunately, I was then told that my appointment had been moved. I was not aware of this and had not been informed beforehand. I was very surprised and asked why I had not been notified, but I did not receive a clear explanation. Instead, I was simply told to come on another date. I refused to leave until I received my refund, because this situation was very frustrating and felt like a waste of my time. Eventually, after speaking with the manager, I did receive my money back. This is the third time in less than two months that I have experienced the same issue. Although the manager apologised, this does not give me back the time I lost. I find this very unprofessional, especially for a company that has been operating for more than 30 years. I was very disappointed by this experience, and it felt like my time was not respected.

This practise has went down hill since I last attended receptionists are rude staff are unprofessional and they now make you pay up front for work you haven't had done yet and put pressure on you to pay and book there and then! Not friendly also my check up lasted around 5 mins very rushed felt like they wanted rid of you! Not a great service customer service skills need a lot of work if I didn't have to go back to get my filling I wouldn't be returning! Lots of new staff there the old dentists were lovely and had time for you but it all seems to have changed now 🙁

Lovely Staff, lovely Dentists. Warm and cosy waiting room upstairs. They could spend a bit on a carpet in the main reception and some more comfy seating.

I had my dental treatment with Dr Safiya El-Hamdoon. She is very professional and explains everything clearly. I cannot recommend her enough.

Consistently had a great service at this practice. Can’t thank Rachel/Ali enough for all their help, advice, and flexibility. Above and beyond care.
