The reception staff are always courteous, friendly and incredibly helpful - they even managed to arrange a very quick appointment for us so we could get a second opinion on my son’s jaw ahead of his surgery. The dentists are equally impressive: patient, thorough, and always willing to explain the issue and any proposed treatments in clear, easy-to-understand language. I would highly recommend this practice.

Both of my teenagers had orthodontic treatment at West Street, one with fixed braces and the other with Invisalign, both achieved great results with such attention to detail from the orthodontists. We found the front desk staff were always helpful with appointment times. Over a timeframe of six years we have only ever had a positive experience here.

Came in for a 3D scan and had a great experience. Everyone was very polite and welcoming, and the whole process was quick and easy. Parking is just around the corner, which made it even more convenient. Highly recommended!
