I cannot thank the team at Time Dental enough for the exceptional care and treatment I've received over the last year. I had significant work carried out to correct an overbite and the results have been life-changing. My teeth have been beautifully rebuilt and I now feel confident smiling again! Dr Rashid combines incredible technical skill with a calm, reassuring manner, while Dr Negulescu's orthodontic expertise and support have been first class. A special mention also to Lucie, the practice manager, who is always so friendly, organised and helpful. The whole team has made what could have been a difficult journey feel comfortable and given me complete confidence in the process from start to finish. Thank you very much to everyone at Time Dental! Amazing service, wonderful people. As someone dreading a tooth procedure I was made totally at ease by Mia, who couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful, a real star. I felt looked after and listened to by Dr Rashid and I’m way more confident about the procedure than I was. Brilliant experience.

I had a really positive experience with Dr Rhasheed. He carried out a filling for me and it was completely painless from start to finish. He was calm, reassuring, and took his time to make sure everything was done carefully, never making me feel rushed. It genuinely made what can often be a stressful experience feel easy and comfortable. I also want to mention Mia on reception, who was very personable, attentive, and welcoming. She made the whole visit feel friendly and well-organised from the start. Overall, a great experience and I would highly recommend.

I had a really great experience at the practice. Sam, the hygienist, is fantastic — thorough, gentle, and great at putting you at ease, while clearly explaining everything. Dr Rashid is equally brilliant — professional, knowledgeable and takes the time to ensure you feel comfortable and confident in your treatment. Highly recommend.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely brilliant experience from start to finish. The dentist was incredibly personable and professional, you can tell straight away that he genuinely cares about what he does. He’s clearly passionate about his work and uses high-end, modern equipment, which really gives you confidence you’re in good hands. Everything was explained properly and I felt completely at ease throughout. The receptionist was just as impressive very helpful, friendly, and welcoming. The practice itself is spotless, modern, and really well presented. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

I’ve been going to Time Dental, West Street for a year now. I was dental phobic until I came here. Dr Rashid is a consummate professional and the best dentist I’ve ever been to. Samantha, my hygienist is also fantastic kind and gentle. Luci and Mia on reception are so helpful and lovely to talk to. Nothing is too much trouble for anyone here. I will never go anywhere else.
