Urgent Care Dental Service

Rang at 8:00 a.m. in the morning when their line was switched on from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. they put the phone down on me three times and I still didn't speak to anybody I needed this service as I've got a swollen gum and I was up all night.

Couldnt have asked for a better service ! Yes it can take a while to get through on the phones ..i waited 1.5 hours but it was so worth it. The receptionist, dental nurse and dentist were lovely and caring. Didn't feel a thing having my wisdom tooth removed.

I had a very positive experience in this centre, the waiting time was about 15 min, which was perfectly normal knowing that is for waiting service, the lady in reception was lovely and warm welcoming. The dentist was fantastic. As gentle as possible, explained me what is happening with every procedure. Happy to come back next time.

Phoned on the Sunday morning. Was seen at 11 o'clock. Sorted out my tooth problem. The dentist and dental nurse were excellent. Can't fault it at all

Had a tooth out today after suffering for days. I was very anxious and emotional, the dentist and nurse were amazing, they kept asking if I was alright and i thought they were very kind and understanding. The team are doing such a great job during these crazy times. I told them I'd be clapping for them all tonight at 8pm Huge shout out to the NHS Dental Team 🌈💙👏

My daughter was in agony on Saturday night, they got her in Sunday morning. The staff were absolutely amazing and constantly reassuring her and asking if she was ok. The three ladies that were there on the 19/12/2021 I would like to say a huge thank you, you are all amazing

Absolutely useless, not even worth ringing them as they will just cut the phone off to you. I've been in agony with my dental pain for weeks now, the time I got through to them they told they would get someone to call and no one ever did. Absolute shambles
