Absolutely fantastic Dental Practice. Registration was easy and got an appointment in good time. The ladies at reception are ever so friendly and professional, always looking to give you an appointment and slot you in where possible. I had my Invisalign treatment with Neda, what a true professional she is. All my works were done with great care and true professionalism. Neda always went that extra mile to ensure all was perfect and I was happy. Thank you for being so amazing. A great Dental practice with a fantastic Dentist is a rare find! Best Wishes Meena Nazari

Dentists and Dental nurses are great, and I do recommend them. Reception and receptionists are truly awful, not professional, not aware of their surroundings of having customers sitting in their waiting room, including children, their language, their non verbal are completely unprofessional. My review isn't the only one that notes this either.

My family and I have always been very happy with the treatment we've received here over many years. The reception staff are very friendly, and the atmosphere in the waiting room feels very upbeat and relaxed. I had to ring and apologise when stuck in unexpected traffic for 20 minutes this week, but the receptionist was reassuring and we were seen as soon as we arrived without any fuss. Our dentist, Nitesh, is always friendly and professional. He communicates clearly (despite the necessary mask, which can make it tricky ), talking you through the X-ray on the computer screen, so it's clear what's going on. The dental nurses are lovely too, and so is the hygienist. We now live in Hampshire but have never considered changing dentists. We are so very grateful to have a good NHS dentist when so many people do not have that privilege.

So glad I found this dentist. Sheikh and Franklyn are so kind. They explain everything that’s going to happen and really take care you of. Natalie and Michaela on reception are also very kind. Everyone always has a smile on their face and make you feel so welcome. Thank you!

If i could give 0 stars i would. I cannot stress how appalling they are. DO NOT USE. Despite travelling more than 30 mins to the only available nhs dentist for my not even 2 year old, when i was unable to park, they cancelled my appointment last minute and refused to see us. Fortunately my 2 year old and newborn know how to behave better than they do and so the 2 hour wasted round trip was made more bearable. Perhaps they can give them some tips on customer service!

Extremely disappointing customer service from a receptionist named Niklas. My wife called the practice and was treated very poorly. Niklas was rude, repeatedly interrupted her, and even hung up the phone twice during the conversation. A customer should be able to speak and feel listened to, but unfortunately that was not the case here. The interaction came across as unprofessional, dismissive, and disrespectful. I strongly recommend that the practice provides appropriate customer service training, as no patient should be treated this way. It was a very upsetting experience for my wife, and based on this interaction, I would not recommend this place.

I’ve always had a good experience here. Have been able to book appointments within reasonable periods and seen very quickly the one time I needed it. Have liked the dentist - Nitesh - too and his advice/pragmatism.
