Cherie is a brilliant dentist! Amiable and helpful and relatable to my teen son! She did a great job and his braces were off in less than a year. Highly recommend.

Absolutely amazing place! So much care and consideration was gone in to my daughters treatment, we were given a rough guideline of about 18 months for the braces to work and be back off and they were completely right! My daughters teeth were really higgledy piggledy and now they are sooo straight and just so lovely! I am so impressed and grateful that she was able to have this! Thank you all so much for all of your love, help and support throughout her journey!

My eldest went here under the NHS and we have had such an amazing experience- so much so that this was our first choice when my youngest needed private orthodontic work as he didn’t qualify for NHS treatment. Staff are friendly and explain everything so clearly engaging the young people all the way through and reassuring at every step. Can’t fault on anything and would highly recommend for either NHS or private treatment.

We are very pleased with the treatment my daughter received from Epsom Ortho. The treatment lasted 2 years as there was quite a lot to correct, and a few steps in the process. We found the staff to be very kind and helpful. We are very happy with the results.

From start to finish my daughter’s care has been fantastic. Rachel and the team have kept us informed of the process, ensuring Jess is aware of what she needs to do and the impact of not doing it (ie slowing the progress), this has enabled her to take responsibility and grow in confidence as well. A very bizarre place where everyone we encountered was rude, unkind, bossy and patronising. There's no privacy as there is one large room where patients are seen. The orthodontist refused to spend time discussing braces with us unless we actually wanted to go ahead with them - which is impossible to decide before actually having a conversation about what they entail. As soon as we asked about Invisalign, we were taken into a private room and given the consultation we were there for, but the attitude of the orthodontist remained dismissive and abrupt. In addition, the lift was broken, so the building was not accessible. I would not trust these people to carry out treatment based on their absolute disregard for patient care.

I’m really pleased with the service my daughter got at the Orthodontist..They were very pleasant,kind & caring to my daughter…She really enjoyed the whole experience of braces due to the service & experience of choosing colours for her braces….
