Bourne Hall Dental Practice

I have been with Bourne Hall Dental Practice for many years. I have been seeing Dr. Emma Rubakumar. I cannot recommend her highly enough. She is always ready to listen to your concerns and genuinely listens to you. I told Emma how anxious I was feeling before I had to have an extraction there yesterday. I felt very dizzy and disoriented afterwards. Emma and her colleague Wendy, took exception care of me. Not allowing me to get up off the chair until I felt absolutely ready. Wendy took my blood pressure and oxygen levels twice whilst Emma was chatting making sure I was ok. At absolutely no time did I feel as though I was a burden taking up their time when other patients were waiting. As soon as the dizziness went Wendy led me to the waiting room. They strongly advised me not to drive home which I didn’t and while I waited for my daughter to pick me up Wendy was constantly checking up on me. Later that afternoon I received a call from Wendy checking up on me to make sure I was OK. The care, compassion and professionalism from this practice is second to none.

You will not find a better dental practice in the area. I have been going there since it opened, and I have been seeing the same dentist for all that time. I would not change him for anything. The staff are so friendly too.

They gave me an appointment with Dr. Amina Bajva. She wanted to treat me quickly and get rid of me. She didn't care much about what I said. She sent me away with a short explanation about my tooth that lasted less than 30 seconds. I wish I had looked at the reviews here before going; I don't recommend that doctor to anyone. The receptionists are not professional at all.

My family saw Dr. Emma today. She is very professional and with great patience. She is able to provide fair advices and treatment. Overall, very good experience, highly recommend her!

I was there twice . First time I payed £27 for about 5 minutes registration visit. Second time I paid again about for 5 minutes, to tell me that I should go back where I had my former treatments. I have a tooth with root canal treatment and it hurts , this is why I went there . I asked for help , they said they can’t. I ask for antibiotics, they said they don’t give . I asked if they can redo the filling, they said no . I was told to go back as I had my former treatments . They can only pull it out for me . .. ..and I payed again 27 pounds . It is a lot of money for nothing . Hope once NHS dental service will change . This service is a shame .

Incredible pain from an infected wisdom tooth. No empathy, no return calls. Unless they ring today. I would advise giving this place a miss. I rang 111 today, they were more interested....

Dr Patel & his amazing team have been caring for my family’s teeth for more than 10 years. My boys absolutely love going to see him for their regular appointments and he always instructs them so well with their dental habits and hygiene. Regardless of how busy he is, Dr Patel always replies to our concerns and needs. His genuine care for patients has been outstanding and consistent throughout all the years we’ve known him!
