I had a great experience at ENFIELD SMILES DENTAL PRACTICE.The receptionist name is Michelle was welcoming, friendly, and very professional. She is always very helpful with scheduling my appointment, answered all my questions, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Excellent service from Dr. Alex and dental nurse Dorina. They were both professional and made me feel comfortable throughout my appointment all the time. Thank you for your excellent care—I highly recommend this practice. Outstanding service from the moment I arrived to the moment I left. Thank you so much to all of you.❤️

I had an excellent experience at Enfield Smiles. From the moment I arrived, the receptionist was friendly, welcoming and very helpful. The staff were incredibly accommodating, and the wait times were short, which made the whole visit feel relaxed and well organised. Dr Payal was caring, professional and clearly very skilled. Everything was explained thoroughly, and I received helpful advice about my treatment and aftercare. During the procedure, the team made sure I was comfortable throughout. The surgery was spotless, and the high hygiene standards were reassuring, including the use of fresh gloves and clean equipment. Michelle also made booking and arranging appointments very easy. I felt genuinely looked after by everyone at the practice. Dr Payal is one of the best dentists I have visited, and I would happily recommend Enfield Smiles to anyone looking for professional, caring dental treatment.

I’ve been lucky enough to attend this Dentist since I was around 5 years old, I am now 42. I am so grateful for my fantastic dentist Ash who is able to deal with my nervousness around the dentist and put me at such ease. My children also see Ash and are both very comfortable with visiting the dentist which I put down to his great service. Michelle on reception is also fantastic and is always so helpful, she is such a credit to the team. I have always received fantastic service from both Ash & Michelle.

I am sorry, but I am such a nervous patient. It's terrifying to me. But the staff here are simply wonderful and so friendly. Words can't express how kind they are. Michelle took such good care of me at the desk, made me feel at ease before I ever went in to see Dr Payal who was equally amazing, along with her nurse Sameera.... Thank you Enfield Smiles, I'm loving this new ownership.

The customer service at Enfield Smiles is superb. Always happy to help, I have called quite a few times over the past month to have appointments changed due to work commitments and Michelle has been extremely patient and super helpful. Really makes the process smoother so thank you to her.

I have been using this dental practice since my children were in primary school . I have seen the same dentist for over 10yrs their customer service is the greatest of all times . My first child turned 19 years in 3 days am still going to use this practice . My children's teeth have been well looked after over the years. Keep up the good work!!!!

There is no doubt in my mind that Enfield Smiles will live up to the promise they are making under new ownership. I have always had courteous and friendly service and have gotten to know my particular dentist well along with her attendant nurse. If the service improves I would have to give 6 stars.
