I had an extremely distressing and unacceptable experience at this dentist and strongly advise others to avoid it. During my visit, just over two weeks ago. I overheard an African nurse speaking with an Asian male nurse, asking where the camera was. He then made a blatantly offensive and discriminatory remark about someone sounding Jamaican, stating "we don’t like Jamaicans." The Asian male nurse then looked directly at me and laughed, which I found humiliating and deeply disrespectful. This kind of behaviour is completely unprofessional and should have no place in any healthcare setting. I chose not to confront the situation at the time, but I left feeling upset, disrespected, and shocked that such conduct was tolerated. I would not trust this practice to provide a safe or respectful environment for patients.

Dr Khalda Hasan is one of the best Dentists I have come across and exceeded my expectations. Dr Hasan is REALLY interested in YOU! YOU are not just a number or rushed out the door . Dr Hasan is very passionate at preventative treatments . I highly recommend this practice . At the age of 70 I’ve come across a lot of incompetent Dentists over the years .

My first time and I will definitely be back. Mita was professional and extremely helpful. The receptionist very polite. Thanks for making me feel comfortable and welcome.

Steer clear. These drilled my tooth out and did a filling. It fell out 4 weeks later and as I was ill I missed an appointment so they unregistered me and wouldn't even register me back up or fix their poor work. I have fillings that have lasted 20 from my previous dentists.

We love the dentist but the receptionist staff can sometimes be very rude. Just today my wife called as she has an appointment and she woke up with a lot of cough. She called to check if it would be ok to come or to cancel it. The receptionist staff can staff instead of politely being kinder told her that this would go on her record as she has done last minute cancellation. When my wife asked what can I do when I have cough. Should I have come instead. The reception staff just said that it would still go ok your records and disconnected the call rudely without finishing the conversation.

I visited my dentist Dr Hiral Shah today as I had a cracked veneer, I was quite anxious and had a bit of a meltdown! but Dr Shah was incredibly reassuring and kind. She really put me at ease and took great care of me. The treatment was excellent and I felt so well taken care of. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a compassionate and skilled dentist! If your anyone like me who dreads going to the Dentist then this is your Dentist to see as she is so lovely. 🙏
