Crown House Dental Practice

Crown House is an excellent dental practice. I have been going there for a year now and I no longer fear going to see the dentist. It is so very different to the previous dental practice I went to. The staff on Reception and the dental nurses are warm and friendly. My hygienist, Schechana, and dentist, Abdol, are lovely and do an amazing job. They take the time to explain everything, make sure I'm at ease and I never experience any pain when I have treatment. I've also received lots of useful advice about taking care of my teeth. I feel very lucky to have a place here.

I needed a fair bit of work which including 2 x root canals, this was carried out with great skill and I experienced no discomfort apart from in the wallet! Thanks to DR Sami and his excellent team. I have already recommended Crown House Dental Practice to one of my friends.

I called the practice to let them know I was running 10 mins late. The receptionist passed on the message to dentist and said it was ok and still willing to see me. By the time I got there the dentist all of a sudden refused saying extra 5 mins over. Completely unprofessional behavior considering the practice knew full well I was rushing from work and stuck in traffic as I had called them in advance and the dentist told the receptionist that was ok and yet by the time I got there I was refused. Had I not called the practice in advance and not showed up at all, I could understand that response but that wasn’t the case in this situation. I would never treat my patients like that in my clinic ever. I’m shocked to have been treated like this.

Great experience here at the crown, staff are so friendly and welcoming. Every dental appt I have is always the best it can be even when u get told some bad news, they’re super helpful and reassuring and haven’t been so happy then i'am with my dentist and dental practice.

Fast, efficient and friendly service. Had a loose back tooth, phoned at quarter past on the hour, told 8.45am appointment was available..left home straight away..tooth extracted at 9.00am. (I am a long term customer here). Brilliant service. Paul in Thorpe village

I visited crown house dental practice yesterday for a tooth extraction, and I can’t thank the dentist Dr Ghaffoor and dental nurse Alanah enough for their outstanding care. I was extremely nervous going in, but they both made me feel calm and supported from the moment I sat in the chair. Dr Ghaffoor explained everything clearly and checked on me throughout the entire procedure, and Alanah was incredibly reassuring, kind, and attentive. Their teamwork and gentle approach made a situation I had been dreading so much easier than I expected. I left feeling relieved, well-looked-after, and grateful for their professionalism and compassion. I highly recommend this team to anyone—especially if you’re anxious about dental work. They truly go above and beyond.
